Panera Bread

Ordered online so I can pick up on my way to work. Sandwich was made so sloppily, majority of the ingredients are bunched up in the wrapping paper. A man, who I assume to be the manager, was asked if a peach blueberry smoothie on the counter was mine since it was not placed on the rapid pick up shelf along with my sandwich. Never once did this man acknowledge me and told the other associate “I don’t know who it’s for. I don’t know, it’s a peach blueberry smoothie.” Completely unacceptable, he is offered no assistance whatsoever. Everytime I visit this Panera, I have an issue. I likely will not return.

Completely rude and incompetent. I came here to pick up an order we placed for pickup on DoorDash only to be treated like a criminal when I asked where the order was since it was not at Rapid Pickup and was asked to produce order numbers that did not exist and to spell the four-letter name of the person who placed the order repeatedly. I have never gone to a Panera and had something so incredibly stupid happen to me while simply trying to retrieve a couple salads and sandwiches. Perplexed, frustrated, and humiliated I ultimately said forget it after ~10-15 minutes and left with nothing. I wouldn’t come back here even if they were giving the food away for free.

Customer Service is not good at all.. Must do better in the mornings.. Did not greet the customer at all.. Ask a question.. she did not want to answer it. All I said was Good Morning. Wow never again.. Periodtttt!! The Food was made very sloppy.. I wish we can post pictures. Will be reaching out to the General Manager.

They lied saying they hiring they really not hiring manager texted me one time like she wanted to set up a interview than went ghost for 4 days no calls or was never at work went up there 4 times she had another co worker interview me then they said talk to general manger about the problem I did he said clearly they not hiring… so why would they have me keep coming up there 5 times and got all these poster up saying hiring and on indeed just to give everybody the run around place is unprofessional they even got flies all over the place in on the cookies with nothing to cover it
