This Marco's pizza location nine out of ten times is pretty good, and my family and I really enjoy getting different pizzas and other items from them

Good pizza. I enjoyed the deep dish. However, the pizza slices were not cut when I received it. It did not seem like a busy night in the restaurant so I'm wondering how such a careless mistake could have been made.
I will no longer be ordering from this location and I encourage others not to either. Yesterday we waiting over 3 hours for our food. When we called up there the lady answered the phone & immediately put us on hold for about 30 minutes but never came back to the phone. When we finally got our pizza,
We got into town late with a rugby team of starving girls. We called Marcos and in 30 minutes had 5 pizzas, 2 boxes of breadsticks and a chicken Caesar salad ready for pickup. It was the best tasting pizza, salad and breadsticks we’ve had in a while!
Worst ever! (Areia?) Answers phone like she's at home, had to ask "is this Marcos".Called at 5:45 for delivery and was told delivery doesn't start until 6, that's fine. Order and everything went through,, asked what time should I expect it, and was told around 6:30. 6:30 comes... Nothing. Calls back
I tried placing an order around 1040 pm. Tracker said itd be done just after 11. Apprently my order got canceled and they closed 30 minutes before the hours listed on thier own website.
I really enjoyed the pizzas I ordered. It was fresh and hot. The delivery service was right on time. I will definitely order from Marco's again.
