Nordstrom Grill

On a shopping trip and we've never been into the fare you find in the 'food courts'. As we were exiting the mall saw the sign for the Grill and decided to give it a try. The food was excellent and the service first class. The prices were a little high but not outrageously so. She had prime sandwich with fries and he the fish (cod) and fries. The coleslaw was very very good with a unique sauce.

Such a nice place to relax after a hard day of shopping! Here I had the best turkey and avocado sandwich that I've ever had. Super flavorful and always leaves me full and content. The fries are good as well except I wish that there were more sauce options. I also really enjoy the mac and cheese.The only thing that puzzles me about this place is how many of the menu items have so many calories!

This place is tucked away on the 3rd floor of Nordstrom in Beachwood mall so unless you know about it, you won't know about it. Good service, good food what else can you ask for? There was 4 of us so we got to try number of things. Between my wife and I, we tried their soup of the day (tomato bisque), brussels sprouts frite, heirloom tomatoes and burrata, chicken tacos and one of their salads. The couple that was with us, had the soup of the day and couple salads as well. We all truly enjoyed what we had.

My coworker was looking for something tasty to eat for lunch today from Nordstrom Grill and found something she wanted on the online menu. She called to order it and Sierra told her it no longer exists on the menu. As if this wouldn't be confusing enough, Sierra then hung up on her when she asked if there was anything comparable that she could order instead. We went in to order instead which is where we found Sierra barely playing hostess and looking very unkempt. She greeted us with a plain "hello" so underwhelming that i had almost forgotten it by the time i could begin this review. As she watched my coworker struggle to find something on the menu, she offered no help or interest in finding out what the customer may be seeking. My coworker settled on her desired meal and placed it. Sierra walked away with her nose in the air as slow as she possibly could to place it. One of her more engaged coworkers asked if she could help us with anything because we obviously looked like neglected customers. We thanked her and told her our order was being placed. Her coworker watching her is what what prompted the slightest bit of enthusiasm as she handed my coworker her receipt. We both work in this mall providing customer service and have seen a lot of changes here recently. The last thing we expected was such unacceptable customer service from one of the flagship stores at this mall.

This restaurant is awesome! The service is amazing! The food is amazing! The variety is great! The prices are even great! This is a little gem that not too many people take advantage of; but do take advantage of it! Everything on the menu is fresh and delicious! Yes I have tasted everything on the menu including the deserts. Try it and love it! You won't regret it! Yes they have salads, yes they have meats, they have a great variety.
