The one at beachwood mall is very bad...given the wrong order for my kids 3 times in the past 4 visits. To make things worse, the manager (wears blue) refused to give me the right order although i returned the wrong items to the regular employee who threw them directly in the garbage. This is during the visit on Friday 6/3/22 at 5 p.m. Technically i paid money for nothing. You lost me as a regular customer

Bad experience with the Beachwood location. Jacked up my order on three items. Had to return back to 3 separate times. Reminded me of a gas station chicken sandwich & cold fries. I never had this problem at a regular location. Very unorganized and ghetto 💯

Too much sodium in the food, my feet and hands swell serverly l look like miss 🐷 piggy. Sorry. Have to admit it is tasty.

The Mac & Cheese is the BEST! I order a large every time. If I'm really feeling chubby, I order a spicy chicken deluxe, waffle fries, mac and cheese and that Frosty Lemonade and maybe a cookie or two and I take all the calories back with me on the RTA. TOTALLY worth it...
