Service was awful!!!!!! Went here with a group of friends (8). Waited at least 15-20 minutes for our drinks after we ordered them. We didn’t order our meals until an hour and a half after we arrived. I had to flag down our waitress in order for us to order. Her reply was “I’ve been waiting for you guys.” We stated we wanted to order our meal when we ordered our appetizers but she didn’t take it then because she said there would be too much on the table. How does that concern her? We requested to order all at once. She ensured she paid attention to her other tables though. It wasn’t very busy at all. Appetizers and drinks were great. The crispy honey crunch chicken was not crunchy at all. More so soggy. I would definitely come back if the service was better.

I am very disappointed with the cooks at this Beachwood location. Recently, I ordered the Sesame Chicken Bowl, Wonton Soup, and an Egg Roll--via carry out. The chicken was not seasoned (you couldn't taste or see sesame seeds), and the brown rice was lumpy and over cooked. The soup was OK, but the egg roll was dry and taste less also. A few weeks ago, I ordered Egg Drop Soup, Pepper Steak, Kids Lo Mein with Shrimp, and a side of steamed broccoli--via carry out. The soup was extremely thin and runny. And to make matters worse, both the Pepper Steak and Kids Lo Mein had PEANUTS in them--which were NOT supposed to be in there. When I called a manager to report it, she was very nonchalant and didn't even apologize. Had we been allergic, we could have died or gotten severely ill, after being exposed to the peanuts in our food. .

Just had a wonderful experience the other day when I came to dine in. My servers name was Treasure and saying that she took excellent care of me would be an understatement. I appreciated her hospitality and knowledge of the menu and her recommendations. Unfortunately, great service is hard to come by now a days just wanted to leave a review and let someone know they are doing a great job!

We came on Valentine’s Day (without a reservation) and sat at the bar. It was clear Greg was slammed by the tickets coming in, but you would never know because he was cool and calm the entire time, serving up drinks left and right. We had a great experience and our drinks and food still arrived quickly. It was awesome that the manager was working and not just bossing her hard working staff around. Everywhere is short staffed, but you wouldn’t know it here.

Have been here a few times and never have given a review. Of course I’m not the type to hate on a place if it hasn’t been the best place to go get food every time, but I’m writing this review because I had Jessi as a server and absolutely loved her! Figured she’s probably new since I had never seen her there before. It was a decently busy night and I saw her working hard and moving fast for not only my table but pretty much every table around me! I hope when I come again I am served by her a second time!:)

This place is garbage. In fairness, I have never enjoyed P.F. Chang's, but I received a gift card, so I gave it a go. This location has the singularly worst service I have seen. And I ordered carry out. I called to let them know I was going to be about 15 minutes late - the woman I spoke with was kind and polite. When I arrived I called to get my food. They took forever to answer the phone, and once they did, they said they would pass it along to the carry out staff. After waiting for 15 minutes, I walked in - the cooks were joking around with each other, there were no other staff to be seen anywhere on the floor. I saw one sad bag sitting in the "curbside" shelf and upon checking the name was mine, I grabbed it and left with no one saying a single word to me. My husband assured me that it was the worst Pad Thai he has ever had. I wouldn't eat any of it. This place is useless. I will not be sad when they go away.

I asked for some crispy honey shrimp, was told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. I waited forever 30 minutes or more to get it and I get the shrimp and supposed to be crispy but it was not crispy at all. The sauce looked like some peach cobbler fill in. And the taste was not good either I was highly disappointed here in Cleveland on chagrin. I paid too much money for that. Yuck. Then when they brought the food out. They guy sat it on the counter and I had to ask was my order ready, but they handed the other lady her food. I was really hungry and then they come out with that. Very disappointed. I do love that cheesecake though.
