Jack's Pizza located on the south side of Bay Terrace shopping center. The pizza itself is just okay but they do have a lot of different specialty slices readily available which is pretty good. I noticed a guy cleaning the tables on the regular but just brushing it onto the floor... and the floor was a mess!.. they could definitely improve with a sweep every now and then. Big note, they only take cash... but do have an atm. Parking is in the massive bay terrace parking lot but the spots are veeery tight. If you don't appreciate door dings, you need to find a corner spot so you can scooch over in attempt to avoid the guy next to you. Great spot if you're already shopping there, but with so many other pizzerias in the same zip code, wouldn't make a special trip for just their pizza.

good pizza but they are not open on mondays and close very early during the week. I live in the area and we always order pizza, I would def. order more often if they were open. they are too cautious about covid!!! COVID IN THE PAST LETS MOVE ON AND EAT PIZZA

Long wait for mediocre pizza don’t get the great reviews? Pizza is decent at best nothing special, and the blond older lady at the front is extremely rude!! Don’t ask her any questions she’ll bite your face off,

Great pizza and always great service. Don't listen to the negative reviews - we have been going here for many, many years and we wouldn't keep coming back if it was bad pizza and terrible service.

Pizza is good, slices are big. I know everyone has their own personal preferences as to what makes a good pizza. Cash only, operating on a limited schedule which I believe is Thursday to Sunday starting at noon. Prices are a bit higher than some of the other pizza shops in the area but their slices seem to be bigger, for example a large pie at Vinnie’s on 32nd ave is smaller than a large at Jack’s, but Vinnie’s price is a few $ cheaper.

I loved Grandma's pizza here. I don't know what should be Grandma's pizza dough texture but I was very pleased with theirs. Airy inside and crispy outside. Sauce was not salty. Very happy customer.

Very disappointed. Came highly recomended. Placed an order for a pie yesterday which came burnt, black, and tasted terrible. It was not a fresh pie and tasted like it was two days old and reheated. Tried to call but they were too busy to speak with me.

Terrible service. Called in an order, was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Got there in 10 minutes then waited over 20 minutes in the store while the only guy working the counter was also making pizzas. There are some places where the food is so good that the wait is worth it. While the food was alright. It was clearly not worth the wait. Customer service goes a long way in what I will pay for. Hey run your restaurant the way you want But have a person smile say hi be appreciative of the customer. I choose where I buy I will not be back
