Review Arrabiata's Italian Restaurant - Bay Village

My husband and I used this restaurant for a celebration. AMAZING is not enough to describe the service and the total experience here. Food is wonderful, staff is awesome, restaurant is nice and clean. Anna was fantastic! Tracy was also extra sweet whenever I called in to ask a question or modify the event. They even assisted with setting a few decorations. Thanks Arrabiata's for making my daughter's baptism event special!

This place is doubtless one of the best restaurants in the neighborhood. Whenever I come there I am extremely happy. They keep their very high standard service and the highest level of meals they serve. You always win with this place. Highly recommended.

I ordered on the phone to go the other day and was greeted by a very kind and diligent young man named Adrian who handed me my food. I could see he was serious about his job so I didn't talk to him for too long, but you could tell he is an old soul who cares about others. Great experience with that young man and maybe even greater food!

The meals and service were above my expectations. We surely liked the ambience of this spot. Excellent place to take the family out for dinner.

We used the party room for a family dinner and the staff was more than helpful in planning, arranging to fit our needs and wait staff was great for the dinner. The Alfredo was delicious

Finally talked my wife into agreeing this place should be avoided. She likes their food so we’ve gotten takeout several times, but she never has to deal with the customer “service.” After being told the kitchen was closed at 9:25 last night when she called to order ( they close at 10) she’s finally on my side. Never had anything but bad service here.

I really liked their dishes. I always get excellent service here. The place is clean and the cashiers are always very nice. I highly recommend this place.
