Always hit or miss, sometimes the people their care about what they are doing, other moments there is not a care in the world. Somehow, they either end up messing up my order or they aren't listening to what I am saying. If you want to eat at Subway, go to a different location since this place can be so inconsistent with its customer service and overall quality.

bad service. They have the bathroom closed. I asked for a bathroom for my daughter and they tell me that it is closed, I had to get angry for them to tell me that I can use the bathroom. more dedication. I do not ask you to give me a gift, I ask you for a good service.

Got overcharged for my sandwiches. I was too tired to argue. I will avoid this location from now on. I figured a couple of bad experiences shouldn't reflect the overall demeanor of the location. I was wrong.
Had better experience on today's visit. No complaints.
One of the staff seems not to understand English. She didn't speak Spanish either. She kept getting wrong items onto my sandwich. They also lacked a few items on the menu. A sign/note or quick mention when people walked in would have been nice. Instead I got an abrupt, we don't have this, and we don't have that. Their POS system was also giving issues, causing delays.
The construction of the sandwich was poor. Skimping on the ingredients. Sandwich wasn't even cut in half properly.
I been to this location many times before. More often than not there seems to be an issue.

Ok so I've personally worked at a few subways and today (4/4/21) going in I was a little horrified. The woman there made a whole bunch of sandwiches. They were pretty sloppy which when I worked at subway there was always a formula of how the sandwiches were made.. on top of that these woman weren't changing their gloves. Touching everything and making sandwiches with the same gloves!!!! Now as for the line... almost all the food had frost bite! The temperature was obviously too low. There was a lot of cross contamination as well... im wondering why the owner of the store is allowing this. These are serious health hazards that shouldn't be looked passed!!!! Please do better. You are working with peoples food!!

I ordered a salad for lunch and when my order comes (ordered through Ubereats) there was no lettuce in my salad i called the location and the man i spoke to said what do you want me to do. He said on the order it didn't say you wanted lettuce. I said to him i ordered salad and there was no option to say you want lettuce and lettuce normally comes in a salad. Said he could make another one but they don't deliver and again he said what do you want me to do. paid $9.00 for what was suppose to be a salad but only got some meat and toppings. not very happy.

We DON'T recommend this place. On different occasions, we have visited this location, and every time we have been disappointed. The women In change and the employees are so cheap in placing the vegetables and condiments that one still hungry after having a sandwich at this place. Go to a DIFFERENT Subway even if you have to drive.

Whenever I'm on the mood for Tuna fish, that's the place to go. After adding the veggies and teriyaki sauce. Is a grand slam.
