First time ordering a couple of specialty rolls and a Hibachi Chicken and Scallops Dinner. Delicious! Mochi Ice Cream was amazing! Rock Shrimp for the appetizer too. Will be ordering again soon.

When visiting LI, we often come here to eat or order out. Delish either way but I truly love the atmosphere at the restaurant! Staff is friendly, very engaging, the food is AMAZING. Legit haven’t found sushi as good. Loving the tuna salad appetizer. Try it all.

Came here for dinner on a Friday night. If you’re dining in on the weekends, make sure to reserve a table because it was a full house. Our sushi took about an hour to get to us after ordering, but the waitress there was super sweet and kept us informed on our order without us having to ask about it.
I personally love Aji! The sushi here is always fresh, they have a great variety of sushi, sashimi and cooked dishes, drinks looked pretty good (I don’t drink so idk lol) and it’s just another highlight of Main Street. I absolutely recommend it, but make time if you go on a weekend because it’s almost always busy.

Aji has been providing excellent service and excellent food for years in downtown Bay Shore. A staple of Japanese Cuisine on Long Island with a large variety of foods to meet anyone's needs. I've been coming here for over a decade and have never been disappointed.

Went there for a casual lunch, the sushi rolls were made thinner than other restaurants which I liked because it made them more bite friendly. The water tasted a bit off, but everything else was good for a quick bite

Our favorite place for sushi. Love the lecechee martinis. A little pricey, but worth every penny. Their Christmas rolls are out favorite.

Aji 53 never ceases to please me. Even their takeout is prompt and perfect. The fish is always fresh, the rolls are beyond mind blowing and the presentation is top notch. Hands down my favorite flavors for all the dressings and condiments, just delicious through and through! Enjoy!

Our favorite place for a family celebration. Japanese fusion at its best, beautifully presented. The only negative for us is that the bars can be noisy, but that's the nature of beast!
Seared tuna tataki, beef negimaki, rock shrimp, sushi and sashimi, the various rolls and squid are some of our regular dishes. They are all exquisite and attractive, perfectly cooked and presented.

Love ❤️ Aji 53. I had sushi 3 times in 3 days in 3 different places. Aji is by far my favorite. The service is excellent. The food is excellent. Their tempura shrimp appetizer is my absolute favorite and their American dream roll is delicious.

Service definitely went downhill! Food was good, soup was not hot and I had to ask for water three times. Not sure what happened but the place was kinda empty on a Thursday at 6pm.

The sushi bar left a lot to be desired. When the sushi was put down in front of us the first thing we saw on the plate was a parasite. The good news was it was dead which means the fish had been flash frozen which I believe is the law. The sushi rice was not sticking together falling apart and impossible to eat with chopsticks. People who rate this restaurant five stars need to get out and go have some really good sushi sometime.

I understand it's Valentine's Day and all but the fact that I was told 20 minutes and my boyfriend went to pick up the food which was ordered at 7:37 and we just received the food at 9:05 is absolutely ridiculous! The girl at the counter kept asking him to sign and he said not till my food come and once he asked for his money back it magically is ready. I cannot believe no compensation is given to customers that wait over an hour for food when there told 20 minutes. I cannot see
