Love's Subway

This Loves Travel Stop is a fantastic and a great example, how an older loves travel stop location can be excellent in management, clean and customer happiness and a great customer experience. Even so this Loves is older, and smaller, then many other locations, they are going up above and beyond to use what they have and to make it shine and a truly positive customer experience in the way loves travel stops are advertising: Happy faces clean places! I love this location for what they do with it. It has a McDonald’s drive-through and inside restaurant. Great staff very clean bathrooms and showers, and everything you can expect from a loves travel stop location.

This place is always crazy busy and the employees are always smiling, friendly, and polite. They always make it a point to greet you as soon as you walk in the door. The store and showers were clean as it has been in my past visits (several times a week). We absolutely love doing our fueling and business with Love's because of the cleanliness of the stores, the great customer service the employees give, and the spacious showers that most locations have.

Showers could be cleaner. Don’t think I have ever seen more hair on a toilet anywhere. Floor dirty. Lot is a plus. Plenty of available parking and space to maneuver. Very little soap in shower dispensers even though there is two. I would use this location again but improvements mean I would recommend this location through company website. Hopefully there will be progress next time I come.
