Emily was our wonderful waitress! She took such great care of us! The new Quesadilla Salad I ordered was amazing. I was able to eat half of it the next day. My husband got the all you can eat boneless chicken wings and enjoyed having multiple flavors. Overall, we really enjoyed out experience. We had not been there together in years and it restored his interest to try Apple Bee's again in the future!
Sunday evening about 6:30 or 7:00 pm, obviously short staffed at the bar. The bartender immediately acknowledged us and told us she'd be with us in a few minutes. I wish we got her name, because she was fabulous! She was busier than busy and handled everything and everyone fantastically! (Even the grumpy guy across the bar who sent his food back, not once, but twice!!) She is the epitome of what customer service should be. Cudos to you!
Our server/bartender was Kori and he made our afternoon. Loved his personality, ability to read the room/table and join in our shenanigans in the most professional and fun way. 10/10 would drive to Battle Creek JUST to sit at his bar again.
Austin was our server and we were a team of 19 people, I am also a server at my local restaurant so I know how hard that is for someone to manage. He did a phenomenal job and was on time with everything and didn’t make any mistakes on the orders. If I ever come back I will make sure I have him as my server. He was very nice and amazing at his job.
Food is consistently good, once in a great while you might get food that's not perfect but it's very rare. Service is normally very good. I order large to go orders and dine in as well. They do a good job at taking care of me.
Our server Jamilah was simply Amazing! She was very pleasant and catering to my husband and I! We didn't tell our server that we were celebrating our 17 year Anniversary, and that is what made our experience the most enjoyable! She naturally went above and beyond! Thank you Jamilah for a great ending to our beautiful weekend! Keep up the Great Work! You rock!
Took my kids here for dinner. Hadn't been there in several years. Food is still good and service was wonderful.
The new quesadilla chicken salad is very scrumptious. My favorite bar tender Kristy never steers me wrong. She is by far my favorite bar tender and her care for everything being done right around here is amazing. She is awesome!!!
Absolutely the best Applebee’s in the area. Staff are always welcoming and friendly, food is up to standards. Super clean as well. Manager Shannon is super kind and such a genuine person. Love this place.
I wish I had remembered my waitresses name. She was amazing. We were there Saturday the 12th around 4ish, and we sat in the big window area. If that helps.
Anyways, she was the best waitress I've ever had. The food was great as well.
Our server was so very sweet, and it seemed like the servers got along very well with their on duty manager. It's very refreshing to see the crew and management get along so well. The food was out pretty quickly and was very good. They were prepping for graduation night but everything seemed so calm. This is the second time we have been here and we will definitely be coming back.
We and a friend had the best server for the second time in a row. He's name was Kori ,he is always friendly and makes you feel welcome. Always has a smile on he's face and was cracking jokes with us.
Horrible cooking by the cook. Last 4 times visiting ordered a burger well done and it comes out pink. And then the cook comes out and check if it's cooked the way you asked. If you cook the meal properly the first time the way the person ordered it you wouldn't have to come out and check all the time if you got it right. And the atmosphere is all off every time a black person comes in they want to sit you in the back away from the televisions instead of asking you do you want to sit up front in high chairs or a booth. While the food was good. I have to say I was most impressed by Tyler, our server. He was attentive and on the ball while still being friendly. I've eaten at Applebee's a number of times and this is the first time I've felt the need to write a review.
Tyler was the first server we've had that a Tually brought us the extra ranch we asked for AND checked in with us to make sure we got it. I have a gut like the Sahara desert but he managed to keep my drink going anyway. He even came to the table and said "I'm going to be away for 3 or 4 minutes. Is there Anything I can do for you first?". That's good service right there.
He kept our table clear of empty plates and when he wasn't busy with us, he was around providing equal service to 4 other tables at the same time. Truly impressed. Next time we go to Applebee's we know who to ask for; Tyler.
EDIT: Just had another great waitress by the name of "Dee". Anyone who can keep my glass from going empty is doing good. But friendly and attentive too? That puts you in the aces position with me.
