This place is trash. Employees are arrogant the fryer is always out. Takes 12 minutes to take your order at the drive through. Obviously management has abandoned this place. And take note if your making a special order..... no ketchup on a burger best believe that kid is getting extra ketchup and you'll love the car ride to home. Terrible!

Inside was locked, sat at drive through for over 5 minutes. I had to ask to speak to someone. When I did the lady got very sarcastic like I was bothering her. 5 more minutes passed before she took my order, then I sat for about 10 more minutes before I got my food. I would've left but I had just gotten off from work and I didn't feel like cooking. Got the food and it tasted horrible.

Not the norm but my breakfast sandwich was minus 1 sausage patty and barely warm the hashbrown was hard and cold. Server at the drive thru window never spoke a word.

Had to go back twice because my food was wrong and cold. They gave me cold hard regular fries then when I returned to get my curly fries some of them were frozen. I'm so disappointed

I want to be taken off Jack in the box in Baker called from hotel made an order three different times three different stays at the same hotel never received my money back and still get post from them and cannot delete them never go there they even hang up when you try to order from there and I never received a pizza do not recommend

Horrible, this was my chilie cheese burger that i took back and requested my money back. Before i got my money back i was told that this was the way the manager instructed them to fix the sandwich. I was very disappointed.

Came threw today ordered loaded tiny tacos and the gave me regular one not even in the right box and then called and had it replaced and then it only had cheese sauce didn't even have the rest of what's supposed to be on there I mean if your gonna replace it at least make it right definitely not going back
