Review Great Taste - Baton Rouge

My favorite go to for a very affordable, healthy and plentiful meal. The customer service is amazing, he always asks about my kids and always give me a little something extra. We've never had a dish we didn't like.

Food is fine, but i live in the nieghborhood right behind the resturant and ordering delivery used to be really straightforward. I call, my food comes in like 20 minutes bc im so close, i tip the guy, everyones happy. Now they force you to use Doordash which tacks on almost an entire other orders worth of fees and its just not worth it to eat here anymore. They need to go back go the old delivery system.

I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. This time I ordered Singapore noodles Mei Fun style and it was amazing. I also got a pork egg roll and only regret just getting one. I got a 4pc spare ribs but I could not help but eat them all prior to taking pics. Would have been odd to take pics of the bones. I ordered from here using waitr and picked it up myself. The service here is always great, every one here is super nice.

Good food only complaint they want let you sit down inside and they only have bottle drinks. Other then that i would give them a 5 star

Tried this place for the third and last time. We had the General Tso with lo mein ( the chicken was about 90% hard breading and the lo mein had zero vegetables in it, not even a piece of an onion or cabbage.) We also had the Crab Rangoons which were extremely lack luster and finally the Sesame Chicken which were again, about 90% hard breading with seeds sprinkled on top. To say we waited 55 minutes for the meals, I didn't expect the fried rice to be as hard and dry as it was. Stay far, far away. Total waste. $40 down the trash!

The food is nice, but the spicy selections are never spicy. The last few times I had the General Tso meal, there were NO peppers in them at all. Still, the food is decent, but not made to order at all.

Pork fried rice and egg rolls are the best around town!! Front counter guy is always friendly and everything is always fresh and hot when picked up.
