Pizza was delivered timely, however, I ordered and paid for extra dipping sauce and received none. I requested the delivery driver to go back and bring them to me. Now this driver was nice enough, but his pants were down around his thighs and I could see his whole buttocks. Not the kind of impression one would think the company would want. I phoned in to speak to the manager, but was told he couldn't come to the phone( twice).
The pizza itself was poorly put together, with the toppings all piled in one spot. I think this may be the last money I spend with these people. As expected, 2 hours later and no show for my sauces.

Got the pizza nearly 3 hours after we ordered it. Took a pic of the awful pizza that we finally received. They also don’t answer the phone at the store. It just rings and rings. A call center out of the country takes your order but that’s about it. Disappointing.

The only fast food pizza place in the city that is 100% reliable. Never had any issues.

I ordered at 6. Pizza was to be delivered in 90 minutes and it only took 60 minutes. Delivery driver was well dressed and seemed to take pride in her job. She was very friendly as well, which seems to be the exception these days instead of the rule like when I was growing up!!!Tipped her twice so she would know she was appreciated. The pizza’s were delicious and hot! I had a great experience!! Will order again!

I'd say, in my extended experience with this one papa john's, that this place can be sometimes hit or miss. With my previous two experiences, though, I got wonderfully delicious pizza that made me happy and made me want to write a good review. Thanks to whomever was working those evenings :)!

Placed an order over 2 hours ago never received and every time I call the store they hang up on me . Still waiting no food yet and I paid online . You took my money but received no food that was ordered for work meeting . Will not ever order again . Horrible customer service ...

From out of town, staying at a hotel. Ordered 1 pizza and 1 two liter of soda. Got a pizza and no soda. Poor delivery guy said that he was sub-contracted by doordash and wasn't given a soda. Who do I even complain to? Poor service from the store itself. 50% of order correct.

Out of town guests, staying at hotel, placed order & it said 75min, called store, had some trouble getting through the line because it was busy. I reached Paul, explained to him the issue, he checked on the order it was en route. However it was being delivered by door dash due to a shortage of drivers. Paul said wait another 10min, if there wasn't a delivery made, then to call back and he would correct the issue. 5min later HE called back, only to say he was notified that it was delivered. He repeatedly apologized and offered to remake my order and have one of HIS drivers reattempt delivery or a full refund. I opted for the refund. So how desperate does, one have to be, to steal food, while working for door dash (a food delivery service)????!!!! I hope it was worth it and I hope you lose your job (whatever source of income it is to you). Please report the driver Paul. His customer service is why He's getting 5 stars. He didn't have to call back, apologize, nor offer a refund, since it was marked as delivered. After long day of travel, we just wanted to stay in this evening, well..... out we go now, to fill our bellies : / Baton rouge......smh.....I hope the remainder of our stay will be the opposite of tonight. there were negative reviews and I was skeptical, but it was the closest location. Paul proved my skepticism wrong! Thanks Paul, it wasn't your fault.
