Do not eat here. I order a chicken sandwich from this place and but into the sandwich to find that the chicken had not been cooked. In FACT it was raw chicken I bit. I called the store and the manager said “we been having this problem lately. We let the chicken cook for 5 minutes and it comes out like that” If you know it comes out like that WHY ARE YOU SERVING the chicken. That is NOT okay!

If I could give it a Zero I would! I arrived there 9:45 knowing that they close at 10pm. I made an order via Kiosk and waited. Then, a crew approached me and told me that we lock the door at 9:40 pm how did you get in? I told the door was open so I got in. He asked me if I want chicken sandwich instead of my order. I said no! He was trying to convince me to not ask for my order but when saw my persistence he finally prepared my sandwich. Then when I asked him to give me extra ketchup sauces he refused and told me that he put ketchup on my sandwich!!! When I got back home I saw that he put only one lettuce and one tomato on my sandwich even though I had asked for extra lettuce/ extra tomato!!!! Dont go this place if you want to be treated decently. Apparently, the crew can easily mess with your order if you just ask them to do their jobs!!!!!

The Kiosk that many of us ordered food from printed no receipts. The order status board above the counter at least allowed consumers to track their orders. Once it was ready for claiming, the name of the customer rapidly disappeared before many customers could claim their food. It was happening persistently.
Customers were beginning to complain. Since for many whose name had fallen off the order status board, the customers would just call out whatever their order was and they get it with no proof of purchase.
Your printer did print out the Kiosk order, but the employee manning the front counter did not know what to do with it when the order status board was automatically clearing orders before customers could claim their food. As the complaints increased, the employee running the counter did not know how to manage.
Garth Brooks took in a sold out crowd of 120k. There was a beach volleyball game, track n field competition, and a softball game going on. This Wendy's was not properly staffed, nor was the front counter properly run.
My order was Jr Bacon Cheese Burger meal and a Dave's Classic single combo. Refunds were denied, so I left empty handed.

I had went at 4:55 on a Friday and the door is locked, no closed sign no nothing. This establishment does not have a drive through so it would be nice if they could put a sign up. Especially if you gonna just have employees sitting by the door.

Very clean, good is great, the only reason I have this Wendy 4 stars because it's on LSU College campus and parking sometimes can be difficult.

I think the guy name was Byron not name tag came from sitting out in the lobby to fix the food did wash his hands scratching in his head about to give me cold fries

Placed a mobile order, arrived at location over an hour before the posted closing time. No employees were inside and the doors were locked. I double checked closing time (there were also no federal/local holidays to constitute closing early), knocked on door and waited a minute as I understand employees may be in the restroom. No one came, I could see my order "in process" on the screen in the lobby. I've spent over a week and a half trying to contact Wendy's to receive a refund for my incomplete order and have heard nothing back. Pretty sad because this is the only Wendy's in my area, but I refuse to order here for fear of losing my money again.

I would give zero stars if i could. This location has the worst service, very rude and slow. None of the workers seemed to know what they were doing. They would continuously hand out the wrong food, and would be rude if customers would complain. Multiple customers were waiting more than 15 for food. WOULD NEVER DINE HERE AGAIN.
