Review Smashburger - Baton Rouge

My family loves this place! Their burgers are so tasty and delicious. Their service was great, and I'm really glad we decided to try this place! My son is very picky but he loved his burger. If you love burgers, you will love this place!

I tried the new spicy burger it was mediocre O sadly wouldn't get again but their classic burgers are much better thankfully!

I was thoroughly impressed! I chose a bunless bajan burger and brussels! Seasoned and cooked perfectly! I wish we had one here in Lafayette! Customer service was awesome! Very friendly and helpful!

The staff here is so Friendly! The manager Darwin was so professional with a great personality he greeted me from the second I walked up and had my food fresh. The cashier Serenity Washington was excellent, we spoke like old friends and she too was professional. I feel customer service is a lost art, so I will DEFINITELY come back here.

I already see low ranks so I am just going to add fuel to the fire. All of the workers but one were fine. That’s why I gave them two stars. My salad was okay but it was difficult to eat as it was served in TWO containers, I mean- splurge on bigger containers, you have two salads on your menu. There was a girl in the kitchen area (the back) and we could only see their heads and torsos from the front. She had on a random green shirt (not the typical black with the logo like all the other employees), and her long hair was down and hanging forward, as in, dipped towards the food, which was below and in front of her, and she was EATING SOMETHING!! When my order was called, I asked the girl in the front, “that girl back there didn’t prepare my food did she?!” And the girl told me, “no, she’s over fries” which made me extremely glad I didn’t order them. Obviously, they have no food safety knowledge or they don’t care about standards!! Maybe the manager of the place should pull cameras and see what the heck is going on on Saturdays. The other employees were helpful and kind and apologetic. The food was good, no complaints. That’s why they got two stars.

The service was extremely slow. Not sure what was going on. This was the best fast good burger I've had. Highly recommend the truffle mushroom swiss burger.

Great experience. I asked Daijai for suggestions and she was very helpful. The food was fresh, hot, delicious. The patties could be a little more seasoned, but other than that it was awesome. The service from everyone was exceptional.
