I went this weekend. The lady who was taking orders was rude and I had to wait 10 minutes to place my order through the drive through. After that I had to wait an there 20 more minutes to get my order. The food was good and the smoothie was awful had chunks left in as if the it wasn't blended fully.

Paid 40 bucks for a doordash order and only got 75% of my order. Each item was labeled 1 of 4, 2 of 4, etc. I was completely missing item 3 of 4 and I called here and a very rude woman named Shade-a? Answered and stated they never saw the missing chicken pesto on the ticket. I have the receipt to sh

Waited over half an hour for a sandwich and got in trouble for opening the door for guests during business hours. Terrible slow and cannot handle even a small group of people. Will not be coming back any time soon very rude

Good food, incredibly slow. I love the food and smoothies here. But every time I come here, the drive through line is ridiculously slow. I’ve never been to such a slow “fast food” restaurant. And you can’t dine inside.

I didn’t realize Tropical Smoothie Cafe had a variety of food items like sandwiches and wraps. I ordered some Chicken Caprese sandwiches with some kale slaw and they were both really good. Oh, the smoothies are too and the staff are great. Great food, great service!

Great time. Nice people. Need an online order line so I don't have to wait for the line of customers to clear to get food I already paid for

Had a wonderful time here. The staff is nice, the Vibes are nice as well as the food. I got the Chipotle chicken club on Flatbread w/ a dragonfruit smoothie and both were AMAZING! Great job Tropical Cafe, you'll see me again! Went back to Tropical Café for breakfast and man..... the southwest wrap

I love the way their smoothie taste. Also their edible strawberry straw is so bomb along with the quesodilla. My favorite is the Saints Fe Quesidilla. Trust me once u try them once you are going to keep going back.
