Panera Bread - Baton Rouge - Photo album

Best part about this place is the employees, they’re super friendly and clearly hardworking. I hope Panera pays them well because they deserve it. And if the iced coffee dispenser is empty they’ll gladly refill it for you!
I’m not a coffee drinker or anything, I just go here to grab some lunch before studying in the hall. My experience has always been very good. Staff is normally very friendly, and the little iPad/kiosk systems work very well. All of the food I’ve gotten has been excellent, and while it takes kind of
Used to be my favorite spot. Now it's barely open and has literary nothing to order. Everything is "sold out". It's sad that other Panera Bread locations in town aren't much better either. Hope this is only limited to the pandemic and it becomes where it used to be.
The workers routinely close the Panera bread 45 min-1 hour early almost every day from their posted signs. Never consistent. Such a disappointment for a Panera bread. Either fire the manager or force your workers to abide by the hours you’re supposed to be open.
They cannot get a morning order right to save their lives. I gave them a second star because these employees were much nicer about correcting my order than the last few.
So today makes the 3rd time I ordered a sandwich with no special mods and somehow they forget to add the meat. I love paying $8 for some bread and vegetables!
Always out of coffee. In addition to being the most expensive (mug refill) on campus, they were also out of 3/4 selections (with of course Decaf being the exception) for the second time in as many weeks. Save yourself the trouble and get your coffee on the way to campus.
They have decent food, but only serve until 3:00 pm? Come on, human need something to eat for dinner is a common sense!
