My pizza was over an hour late, it was cold, not sliced, and as usual they didn't include the peperchinos I ordered. I called to find out when the order would be delivered and was told it already left. I asked if it was going to be hot and was told " I don't know". To which I replied I would call back if it wasn't. I called back and they refused to answer the phone.
This store used to be better!

Avoid this store at all costs! Horrible experience! They did not send my entire order, items were missing. I called to have the rest delivered and was quoted 15-20 minutes. 2 hours later, and 2 more phone calls, they made me feel as though I was the problem and hung up on me when I asked to have my money refunded. By the time it arrived, the rest of my order was cold and un-enjoyable The employees don't care at all about customer service, and it's painfully obvious.

I'm so mad right now. Everytime I order Pizza for this spot there is something wrong with my order. Not one thing on my order tonight was right. I ordered two large pizzas. One with DOUBLE Pepperoni with Spicy Italian Sausage. The Pizza has heavy sauce and cheese on it. But, where are the toppings? NOT ON TOP, and not underneath the cheese either. Same with the Second pizza. BBQ Hawaiian. Heavy BBQ sauce and cheese, hardly any toppings at all under the cheese. TOPPINGS... GO ON TOP. The pizzas, heavy sauce. But the chicken wings I ordered... No Sauce. Go Figure. The Root Beer, Cold but Flat. Everytime I get a pizza and it looks like this. (With the topping not on top of the cheese) I know it doesn't have the toppings on it like it should. I spend more than $40 when ever I order from this spot. Tonight, $50. So I call them and I Get "I'm Sorry but we're closed. I can credit the order" SO Now $50 gone. And Now, My crib is heating up because I'm having to cook dinner. Which is why I ordered pizza in the first place. It was late and didn't want to turn on the oven. I plan to bring back the pizzas in the morning looking for a refund. I shouldn't have to deal with this every time I order pizza.

This is the second time I have ordered in the last year from this location and got terrible service. The first time I ordered online and an hour passed and I still didn’t have my pizza I called the store and the manager got an attitude with me. Turns out the delivery driver delivered my pizza but left it on the ground and never knocked on my front door or rang my doorbell and I would’ve known because I was sitting in the living room. They remade my pizza and delivered the new one but it was wrong. Recently last week I ordered a small pizza online; the pizza came in a timely manner but with a catch. The pizza was overloaded with so many toppings that the dough did not fully cook and was Raw. When I called the store, it seemed the manager was well aware that my pizza had been overloaded with toppings and new it could potentially be raw and said so herself but still sent the pizza to be delivered to me. The second pizza they remade was still overloaded with toppings but this time cooked. I don’t know who they have working over there or who the manager is but I’ve consistently gotten poor quality. I will not be going using that location ever again. Too many times have I experienced poor service and poor quality. Do better.

I called the pizza place 10 different times and haven’t received any update on the status of my delivery. It’s been way longer than an hour and I only ordered two items. Poor service.

I’m so disappointed. This is not my order and the driver didn’t noticed. I tried calling the store and they wouldn’t answer. I feel sorry for the person who has my order and this is unacceptable

I'm very, very disappointed in the service I received or rather didn't receive on 3/17. I've also contacted the company a few times and has still not received the phone call I requested regarding the situation. We ordered pizza for the office online and requested a 11:45 pickup. At 12:05 I called to check the status and was told that it was on it's way. At about 12:50 I called again and a different person answered who then told me my order was still there, that no Door Dash people were available. I asked if I could come pickup my order and be refunded the $10 tip I had left as well as the delivery fee and I was told yes. We did request they remake the order since it had been sitting for over an hour (which they did, and that's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1). When I arrived I had to wait about another 15-20 minutes for the remake to come out. Before I left I asked again about my refund and I was told that it was already taken care of. I still have not been refunded the tip and delivery fee of $13.40. Which might not sound like much but when you add in all the other inconvenience's, it's just a slap in the face. Very, very poor service. I filled out a questionnaire and aske to have someone contact me on it. The following week I went to the Papa John's website and requested a phone call as well. NOTHING...NO ONE has responded. I have always loved Papa Johns, but this puts a very sour taste in my mouth.
