This location never have what you want and you always have to make a last minute selection change are just pull off.. corporate needs to make sure this location get all of there supplies because there's no reason I have multiple months of a gap and no matter when I go back (for someone else) they're always out

I ordered 4 Mexican pizzas and 2 burrito supremes and instead of the burritos I was given Dorito supreme’s. What do I have to do to get the right order or a hot not damn near frozen item from here. Ridiculous

Stopped in for lunch today on our drive back from New Orleans heading to Alexandria. Will never stop here again. My Nacho Bell Grande had a horrible bitter taste.. My husband ordered three grilled chicken soft tacos. They were so bad we ended up trashing the whole meal. Service in drive-thru was horrible! I can't put into words how bad the food was.. Judging by previous reviews, management really needs to step-up and get this Taco Bell up to standard.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Went in the drive-thru around 11:35am for lunch. Several cars already in line. After waiting 10 min, three cars got out of line. Got to the speaker to order grilled chicken combo and the guy said they no longer served chicken at that location. So I ordered Taco Bell combo. Got to the second window and asked the lady if they stopped serving chicken. She said they had chicken. So not only are you losing money from being so slow, but you also have employees who lie to your customers. If I had not already spent 15-20 min in line, I would have left also. Horrible drive-thru wait time and customer service.

The window person was not knowledgeable about prices, was rushing so much I forgot to order my drink. Was told it was too late once you've made your totaled purchase. The manager was polite and explained the situation to me.
