Everything was perfect food stayed hot till I got home they didn't mess up the order and I didn't wait in line to long so no complaints

Just had the driest, most burnt cheeseburger I have ever had in my entire life.
It was hard to swallow and the bun was even chewy. Won't be ordering that burger again.
The staff was friendly but damn that burger was so dry the desert was cussing it out for trying to be dryer than it.
They tried to cover it up with globs of sauce and they just couldn't.

The order taKer was too quick to tell me NO when I asked to cut my sandwich in half! I wasn't happy. Then, I had to ask for the knife! I'm sure there is a legitimate reason that a sandwich can't be cut in half but I don't know what it is. So, I ate it, but I didn't enjoy the food, at all.

It was terrible customer service. Our burgers.And curly fries where one price on menu and after your order was 2.50 more. After we received it and opened.it was nit dressed . Had to send back. Had to move in the line again .. 35min wait. Just bad all the way around. Sorry BR we will stay in.Gonzales next time.
