Review Taco Bell - Baton Rouge

This is unacceptable, y'all. Not only did they remove an item from my order without telling me that they were out of an ingredient, but this is the burrito they gave me to replace the original missing item. I wanted a spicy potato soft taco, but instead of simply saying "I'm sorry but we don't have any potatoes up/we'reout of potatoes, would you like something else," she didn't even ask me if I wanted a separate item once I'd pulled up to the window to pay. I had to ask her, and all the while, the lady in the drive thru was ignoring my questions. She neglected to give me the sauce I'd requested when I'd ordered and I had to speak up three times to get her attention after she rudely handed me my bag. I understand that times are weird and that fast food is an incredibly grueling job, but come on, y'all. It's the service industry; one could at least acknowledge when I'm wishing them a good night before pulling off. I'm sure this isn't how Taco Bell HQ wants any of their employees acting.

I have never left a Taco Bell with more than a mediocre experience, and I have never written a review for a company before. This Taco Bell location was absolutely immaculate, the service and food Kyra prepared for me was excellent. Thank you so much for restoring my faith in the service industry

The worst. Have never not had a problem here. They always forget something, and 20 minutes ago I made a $20 order only to get there and find out that they wouldn’t serve me. Wasn’t really explained, all the guy said was “sorry I can’t see you order.” I watched as every single person behind me pulled around and left without getting any food. If I was the manager I’d be upset. Your staff routinely screws you out of profit. I’ve been turned away three times now.

I'm only giving them 1 ⭐️ because ZERO IS NOT AN OPTION. Everyone is having issues keeping good employees. I get it. This was worth closing rather than being open. They gave us someone else's food and looked at us like we were crazy for still sitting there at the window. "Didn't I give you a bag?," the rude girl asked. We explained we had a mobile order. They proceeded to argue they'd given us our order and say a different name, even though we'd told them our name twice. They finally got the food - no drinks. She slid the window open and looked at us like, "What do you want now?!" My husband told her we had three drinks. She pulled the receipt and started SLOWLY making the two soft drinks and acting like it was the most ridiculous thing she'd ever been asked to do. She handed them to him and slammed the window. We waited AGAIN. She finally saw us and threw it open again. We told her we were missing the unsweet tea. The other lady tried to give her some sort of red drink to give to us. The girl went to make the tea after we reminded her it was unsweet. It came back sweet enough to walk off the table on its own. We promptly handed it back, and what did she do? Poured out the sugary sweet tea and refilled the same cup! She handed it to my husband and slammed the window as hard as she could. Was any of this our fault? It wasn't. We thanked them and held our temper and tone at every step in the process. We understand people have bad days. This was out of control from the minute we drove up and had to wait for such a long time. We won't be back and don't recommend anyone else go here either. NOTE: I've eaten here before when I was on town on business, and it wasn't much better, but I thought maybe they were having a bad day. At least they weren't as blatantly incompetent and rude. I won't make this mistake again.

I never have high expectations for chain fast food restaurants but at this location all the employees have been friendly. Also, I order the cheesy bean and rice burritos everytime and never have been disappointed.

Everytime I visit this location the quality of my food is horrible. Tacos are broken into pieces, I'm sure upper management know this location is in a high traffic area, and doesn't have any business. This location needs new management, crew members and district manager. Its obvious no one cares, because I always do a survey which is a negative experience. I will not be returning to this location and no else should either. Let the workers buy their tacos and burritos. 12/09/2021 still messing over people orders, no one ever responds. Everyone just needs to boycott the location, so they can shut it down. A drop of beef was on my burrito and full of rice.

This place simply cannot do any order beyond the exact specs for a normal order, even though they are happy to charge you extra for add-ons (that they then leave off) and leave on things you specifically requested not be included. Example: tonight, ordered 4 soft tacos, with no lettuce, but add sour cream ($2.20 upcharge) as part of an order. As anyone can see in the photo - LOADS of lettuce, not a drop of sour cream on any of them. I get it: Covid worker shortages, supply chain problems, all that. But either tell people you can't make their GD order or actually MAKE it correctly.

This place never disappoints. This is possibly the best Taco Bell in all of Baton Rouge, now. The staff has always been very professional, and I don't think I've ever received my food faster from any other Taco Bell restaurant at all.
