Horrible customer service. They closed the area by the bathroom to mop the floors at 11:30. Had to ask to let us go past. No toilet paper in the men's room. Cold fries. Took 12 minutes to get our order of 2 burgers. We were the only ones in the place. 3 card in the drive through

The workers are all polite and moving quickly.
The issues of this restaurant all go back to management.... What a shame. It's an easy fix, you'd think the owners would bother to correct it.

I usually don't complain about mcdonalds but this is ridiculous I bought a quarter pounder deluxe only got cheese on it. Fries where over cooked. The happy meal chicken nuggets where over cooked. Everything was just terrible I am not and will not go back to this mcdonalds again. Waste of money goto the dumpster out back and I'm sure you will find something better

This will be the third time I've been to this McDonald's. I order a number 7 which is two cheeseburgers and a medium fry and a Diet Coke. Every single time my order is rung up separately and not as a number seven which increases the price over a dollar. I have to get them to correct it at the window and then I'm asked to pull forward. Today the four cars behind me and two cars that pulled in while I waited for my food were served before me. This McDonald's is absolute garbage and I do not recommend stopping here. I had to get out and go inside to get my food and then they have an attitude when I'm upset because an entire line of people plus extra customers were served while I waited for two cheeseburgers and a medium fry. Completely unacceptable place

They messed up our order then didnt check if we payed for the right order. Then when we asked them to fix it they didnt give us all of our change back and when we finally saw they messed up our order we told the manager that was there and he was very, very rude. He was balding and mid eastern. Never experienced something like this we werent even rude.

We ordered 4 burgers, 2 fries and a drink. Recieved 4 incorrectly made burgers, 2 cold orders of fries, and an overly carbonated and water down coke. Don't go often, but the success rate of an order here is quite low.

At 9:00, when your store is listed to be open until 11:00. All of the restaurants on Hooper have gone down the drain, not just McDonald's.
