Both mine and wife’s burgers from the drive thru were raw. We waited over 15 mins at the drive thru for our order only to drive home and see this. Waste of time and money.

I don’t even know how this happens! I had a leaf in my tea. I was going to overlook the fact that there was no ice. I’m so grossed out that I can’t even eat the rest. I guess that is what is to be expected from McDonald’s. Nine times out of 10 it is horrible customer service to top it off

Just completely awful , sat in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take the order. Pulled around to pay and pick up the order and was not greeted, the drive thru attendants were arguing and maybe that was the reason we sat for do long waiting to make an order the food was completely cold. I even asked the clerk about a special that she didn't even have knowledge about or even try to find out about. This McDonald's is awful . I even went inside to attempt an order and got even worse service and left with out anything I won't be back! The simple fact that the establishment does not even care about how awful the customers experience is speaks volumes tear this mess down and build anything else

I can honestly say I’ve never had a positive experience at this McDonald’s. From only giving you one burrito with a breakfast burrito meal to never having the ice cream machine working, this McDonald’s pretty much sucks. Most recently I went there and ordered a large drink. The person at the window literally handed me a half empty cup. I asked her if she would fill it up for me. She put a few ice cubes in it and handed it back still at least a quarter empty, then slammed the window shut.

They're coming along. Drive thru is packed like a saints game. Now the lobby is open to the public. It had on Tuesday this week 12 people enjoying the A/C .. & Delicious Mickey's D Ice cream on a cone.

They messed my order up and then gave me a hard time about it. I usually give high ratings for fast-food so you know there was a legitimate problem here. Sorry McDonald's, you should have treated me better.

Terrible service, awful manager. After waiting for more than 15 minutes in a line that’s not moving. And no one taking orders. I strongly recommend Net York pizza and pasta on same street. Delicious, fast, clean, manager is great and friendly

i normally like to get mcdonald’s for breakfast. this is the closest one to my house. i have had to leave 30 minutes before my shift just to get breakfast because these people are SO slow. and you can forget getting anything with icecream or frappes. they “don’t have those” probably because they’re too lazy to make it. the attitude is always awful. they treat their customers with complete disrespect. as someone who works in the food industry, i really expected better. i wouldn’t ever be able to treat people like this and move on with my day like nothing happened.
