I will never return to this Pizza Hut location. We arrived a little ahead of our order pick up time, so we had to wait a few minutes. That wasn’t the issue. The issue was the cut of our pizza and the toppings.
Our pizza was nice and hot when we got it, so that was good. However, immediately upon opening the box, we noticed that the pizza wasn’t cut evenly. Again, not a huge deal.
We ordered the tastemaker. On this particular pizza, the customer is allowed 3 toppings. We chose pepperoni, onions, and green peppers. Our pizza was loaded with green peppers and onions but they seemed stingy with the pepperoni. Why?
I feel that the customer should get what they pay for!
Moreover, our pizza was on the dry side. The sauce was not consistent throughout. It’s clear that the employees don’t pay attention to how they make the pizzas.
Overall, I feel that this Pizza Hut location is not worth another visit.

The WORST Pizza Hut experience of my life. First I placed my order to be curbside and was informed that they didn’t do curbside after waiting outside for 10mins. I ordered a large cheese stuffed crust pizza and was given a pizza with meat on it and it wasn’t a stuffed crust pizza. The girl in the store stated that they didn’t have any stuffed crust so I asked for a large pan cheese pizza instead. I waited over 30 mins and had to go inside to check on the pizza and the girl asked “I didn’t come bring you your pizza?” I said no and was given another box that looked used and it was a large thin crust cheese pizza that looked dry. I will NEVER order from this location again. I saw multiple other individuals bring back orders to the store. Save your time and money and go to another location!!! I wish I could give a negative star!!!

I ordered two pizzas and they were well prepared, but more than that, the service, kindness and friendliness of this location was very significant. Everyone greeted me kindly. Although I was there for a carryout order, I left behind a tip due to their kindness! :)

My husband and I live close to and have given this Pizza Hut several tries. Each time has been pretty bad. From not giving us the correct order to taking way too long. Our last straw was this past week.
1. I guess they couldn't get our box to close with the food that's advertised to fit in it, so they took some of the cheese sticks out. Keep in mind, this first picture was taken before we even touched the food.
2. A long piece of hair was cooked all into the cheese of 2 different slices. So repulsive! Spend your money anywhere else besides at this Pizza Hut.

Just horrible. I called to order pizza, and called three times (stayed on phone 5 min per call). Someone continued to pick up the phone and send me back to the recording. I drove to this awful place of a business and there no customers there. So why not answer the phone?
All the staff are sitting down talking while one person is making the pizza. I made a comment to one of the workers about no one picking up the phone. This lady had the audacity to tell another person working to take my order cuz she didn’t have the time as she has her iPhone attached to her ears talking to her friend.
As I’m sitting here waiting on my pizza to get get done, I decided to call the number to see if anyone would pick it up and guess what, they sent the call to recording and continued talking.

DONT WASTE YOUR $$. New management. No longer a corporate store. It’s now Lisa’s Pizza. Since she decided to change the dough. Why? To be cheap. Ordered 2 Large pizzas online. 1 Pan.. 1 stuff crust . This is what I got! Stuff crust pizza all the cheese was falling out the bottom of the pizza. The “Pan” pizza in the picture I don’t even want to talk about it was so nasty. Do better Lisa. Go back to the original dough this ain’t cutting it boo.

If there was a 0 star option, they earned it! We ordered online from this Pizza Hut. After about an hour, the system said the pizza was on its way. We waited 2.5 hours before we started calling the location to ask where the pizza was. Their phone must have been turned off. We tried them for a half hour. Then, we called corporate to complain. This place sucks and is poorly managed and irresponsible. Below is a picture of the dominos pizza we ended up ordering. Forget pizza Huts nice deals, you won’t get the pizza anyway. The dominos delivery man said that last night Pizza Hut “ran out of dough”. Wow...

Two pizzas were ordered, two large taste makers, one was made incorrectly, young lady told me to keep the wrong pizza, remade pizza and gave me a $10 credit for the inconvenience and the longer than usual wait time. Saying also she truly appreciated my patience. That is true customer service and really caring about your customers, wanting them to remain customers.
