Their drive-thru is always great. I frequently handed my order by a nice lady employee that I have always had great service from for 32 years!! Everything on order was correct as usual and she double checked the bag herself training newer employees I assume. It's easy to get in and out and the quickest from Bluebonnet(1-10-US61 St fransisville! Quality consistently good at this location over 32 years.

Very bad service at this McDonalds. I ordered a vanilla cone on the app and the restaurant supposedly was opened (that's why I chose to go inside to get it). Then I went inside and there was only one worker going crazy w/the drive thru orders. Had to wait like 5 min for her to asked me what I wanted, I told her I had ordered thru the app. Then she said the lobby was closed and made me go with the drive thru. There was an insane long line and just for a vanilla cone I thought it was nonesense. I decided to go back inaide to explain the situation and another worker who was cleaning the floor told me that the machine was down and they couldn't do anything about it. I asked about a substitution and she said very rudely that it was not possible for them to give me something in exchange and then ahe proceeded to tell me to come back another day (as if she can manage my time).

Quarter pounder w/bacon & Cheese was barely warm and 2/3 of the cheese was off the burger and in the carton. The floors are sticky and it had a sour smell within the store.

The stupid rewards app isn't accepted there. Why even is that. If all stores sell big macs, then why don't the all take the rewards app? Let me know about that

The Mc Donald's on Harding Blv.in Baton Rouge La. is a hot Mess..employees rude don't know how to talk to the customers rushing you the line..when you ask for your food to be hot it's always a p thg problem something needs to be done about this.. I will Not be going back to this location and will be encouraging my family and friends to do the same..It's just ridiculous..I'm so very upset..
