Had lunch there today, usually get decent service at most locations. After getting my food today, I felt the service and food quality was exceptional. I left there happy from the service then when I arrived back at work I was pleased by the super fresh hot delicious double quarter pounder with cheese. It was perfectly made fresh and juicy. The fries were perfectly crisp and delicious as well. The diet Coke was also perfect.

This store is hit or miss, mostly miss. Valluzzo Companies used to run a tight ship and had employees that gave decent service but no longer. The employees at most of the McDonald's I've visited in BR have been lackluster at best with employees who don't seem to care, wrong orders, long slow lines, locked doors so you can't access the lobby and rudeness. This location is no exception. The employees don't seem to care and the last time we ordered from the drive thru we found a hair in our food. Nope, never again.

Manager unprofessional. Previously 2 weeks before order was messed up call back spike to a manager concerning my order and she roof my name and told me I can,come and my name would be in the book for replacement. When I went back the t o this same store I am rati ng this manager was rude and unprofessional . She took my order and when I Checked my order when,I got home it was wrong again. Drove back and told her my order was incorrect. She didn't apologize. Will never go back again to m Donald's on Greenwell springs again

If I couldn't give a star & comment I would they don't deserve one star I understand mistakes happens it life but these people I can't even find the right words ill pass this one up which is closer to avoid the rachetness, ghetto, behavior some of them display they can't get a order right for nothing & some of your managers no better I could on ......

We also ordered 3 large fries and they were half full, but we paid full price for them. Other than that the food was great and the young lady at the pickup window was very friendly and courteous.

Well all I can say about the McDonald's here in Louisiana is basically, SHAME ON YOU, first of all for having the kind of employees that will get you life in prison with their nastiness and attitudes, McDonald's in a whole should be paying attention to McDonald's , you guys are too rich and too big to not be paying attention to what's going on in your McDonald's, second of all it's just gotten disgusting just nasty tasting disgusting half the time you don't have ice cream nor pies, it's just ridiculous, shame on McDonald's is all I can say! You get a negative star!

They are horrible. I was charged for 2 mcflurrys, large vanilla shake, and 2 chocolate chip cookies, they told me after 10 mins that the ice cream machine is out (which is always) and took another 20 minutes to get me my food. A manager came out and approached with an attitude as if I was causing a problem. That's when I asked for my food and she says the ice cream machine isn't working and I let her know I hadn't gotten my food. I was treated as if I was in the wrong. I was also not provided a refund because I was told that I had to call customer service to get my money back. Customer service told me that the store provides the refund. All in all I have not received my refund for the order I placed online via the app.
