I went into this location and the employee behind the counter said I couldn’t use the restroom because they didn’t want to clean it. It was off limits because a different customer hours before I arrived had left it a mess. I ask if it was unserviceable and she said “no” “I just don’t want to clean it again” I was dressed nicely and clean and she treated me poorly. I just wanted to wash my hands before I ordered my meal. I wouldn’t eat at this location if you paid me. I left and will never do business again with subway. The male employee was nice but the lady working behind the counter was terrible and should be fired. I would rate a zero if possible

The subway in Hammond Air shopping center surprisingly has the best employees. I say surprisingly because you rarely see a store full of teenagers running the place better than others that are run by adults with more experience. I don't go often but each time was the same experience with a different set of teenagers. I'm glad to see them taking pride in their work even for minimum wage. Every one of the employees at that subway deserve a raise (and lots of tips).

We got here to get 5 foot longs at 7:32, few minutes ago. And we got nothing because they won’t sale. And clearly says on the door open till 8pm.

We ordered 2 footlong subs this evening. Our subs were poorly made. The worst subs we ever had. The person who made our sandwiches seemed like he didn’t want to be there and barely added topics on our sandwiches. Very unhappy with the customer’s service as well!!! We will not be coming back to this location. This location needs to properly train their employees on how to dress a sandwich appropriately. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EVERYTIME I go into this subway, the manager is always RUDE. Like no one told you to work here sis.
It’s 12:15 (lunch time) and you only have you and one other person working... and when I mention your drinks are out at the fountain you tell me YOU ain’t got time to change it to pick something else. Like...1. If I’m paying for something, imma get what I want. 2. ITS LUNCH TIME, SCHEDULE MORE PEOPLE!
3. Ole dude that was in there with you was just standing around not doing anything, maybe train him how to change the drinks.
I’ve worked at sonic for 7 years before and I’ve NEVER was able to tell that to the customers. We HAD to change it busy or not!
*update* I got to work and my order was wrong. This place couldn’t get more pathetic if they tried.

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. I go out of my way to avoid this Subway due to rude employees and poor customer service. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told I didn't place a mobile order. I showed the woman my order on my phone and verified the address of the Subway. She acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to make the sandwich I ordered. She spoke to me with an attitude the entire time. She took her face mask off while preparing food. After the service I received on 05/18/2020, I will no longer be going to this location.

Rude kid employee ignored my presence for several minutes right in front of me. Absolutely no manners whatsoever. Must have been raised by animals. Tomatoes were not fresh. Had to walk out in the middle of ordering. AVOID this location. This Subway is the the opposite of fresh. Owner needs to hire and train employees properly and teach basic manners.

I ordered 6 cookies my receipt says 2 sides 3 cookies 3 chocolate chips. But my onine order summary has 6 cookies total. I paid for 6 cookies. The lady was rude no concern for what my online order summary said. She told me she goes by the receipt in store. Okay the receipt says "2" sides 3 cookies 3 chocolate chips. 3×2 = 6. My first time going only had 2 cookies in my bag. I had to drive back to even get my one cookie. Which should have been 4 cookies. It's sad how I was treated like a liar over cookies. My food was also cold. I will not be shopping here anymore. Unless I'm given a refund and an apology for my time and gas and money.
