While the food was good, it was clean inside, the hospitality needs improvement. Person working the register came into the dining room to eat and said that the table I was about to use to sit down and eat was his. I thought employees were to utilize a break area in which to dine. Also, the entrance could be better marked so that someone not from the area would not pass it up and have to turn around on a divided highway to return to the restaurant. Also, the pieces were small.

If you have other options for dinner, don’t go to this KFC!! If you order through the drive through, you’ll end up being told to pull around so the female employees can gossip and talk on their cell phones while swinging their fresh weaves and ignoring you. The lobby was dirty, the food was cold and the employees are horrible!!! There were 3 groups of us waiting for food but they didn’t seem to care. They need to do us all a favor and just close this store.

Waited over 30 minutes just to get a 2 for 6 and my sandwich was hard so I had to turn around and wait over 20 minutes just for them to correct the issue. The workers where ride and cursing and the manager of the place was so unprofessional. She had on a while wig cap like who does that

I have given this place multiple chances. I have tried ordering through GrubHub to make it a quicker experience only to arrive there and she says she never received the order but it’s clearly shown on her computer screen. They are extremely understaffed and not at all professional. Whether you go through the drive-through or sit in expect for your food to take 30 to 40 minutes regardless if there is chicken prepared or not. This is specifically the Greenwell Springs rd location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Haven’t had this trouble anywhere else.

They r great. When we were putting chicken in our truck we noticed the gravy had spilled all over and the paper bag was falling apart. Gravy was everywhere. Took it back in an they gave us all new stuff with a smile. Great people and food.

Has new females running the place as of August 16,2018! They are HORRIBLE! THE FOOD IS TRASH! OLD GREASE! Not clean inside store! Usually goes smooth with recent male manager but he hasnt been there! THEY NEED TO BE FIRED ASAP! Their destroying KFC! 😡🤬

The workers were very nice the food was extremely fresh. But the facility was hot with no air conditioning mildew on the walls as well as on the windows. The outside of the building looks very nice but don't let that fool you the inside is very bad in nonsanitary.
