Review Taco Bell - Baton Rouge

Chris St. Romain
Employees were on their phones in the dining area while using the high top chargers. Eating and drinking drinks, taking up 14 seats in the dining area. One even had a portable heater blowing on her. Another 4 top table had a winter jacket laying on a bench seat. They were quite defensive of their personal belongings laying around the dining room. The food was normal taco bell. Food came out fast. But still.. slobs. Keep your things in the back and clean the dining area.

Trashy!! The lady’s that worked the window and drive thru. Not only MESSY but can’t seem to get anything correct. Don’t recommend this place at all light cheese extra rice.. this is what I get

Today we went to Taco Bell because the Mexican pizza was back. The oil that they cooked the shell in was rancid. You could taste that the oil was old. I also ordered the cheesy fiesta potatoes but the potatoes were dry. The lobby was closed and the line was super long. The bill came up to $27 and that's $27 gone down the drain. I ordered food for myself, my daughter and my son. You are better off going elsewhere. Taco Bell is worth going to if the food is going to be good but if it's not going to be good I might as well spend my money elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars for todays visit, I would. My chalupa shell was extremely hard, the service was very poor, and my food was cold. I placed my order on the app as I was walking out of my office door. I work about 5 minutes or less from this location. By the time I pulled out of the parking spot, the app said my order was complete and ready for pickup. There is NO way my order was made that quickly unless it was some stuff they already had made. I ordered my items with no sour cream and of course, Taco Bell doesn't surprise. I received sour cream on my chalupa...with the hard shell. Last week I was able to dine in, but not today. Doors were locked and I got the worse looks in the world for trying to come in. Seems like the only time any Taco Bell can get something right is when a district or regional manager is sitting in the lobby.

This location is dang near “brand new” since it just got its remodel. Tonight at about 9:30pm (2/5/22) i decide I’d like to try em out. The line is short, but it’s taking forever to get to the intercom and order. No biggie. I get to the intercom to order and I’m met with 90 seconds of silence. Then a raspy voice appears, “I’m sorry we only be takin cash tonight” i replied “you’ve got to be kidding me?” He/she screams “nope Hahahha” Great service, Taco Bell. You really know how to hire the ones that will make your new/remodeled location really shine.

2040 O'Neal Ln, Baton Rouge, LA 70816 I have eaten at many fast food restaurant. But this store has truly earned their stars. The staffing is friendly and polite. They don't service fast food. I my opinion. I observed them creating artistic customized eatables meals to eat there or Togo. If you are every on O'NEIL Lane stop by for a change in fast food. This I guarantee Taco Bell at O'neil is where you need to be.

Just rude everytime I stop here slow and disrespectful. Mess up the orders, it is a f'ing Taco. 10 min to answer a drive threw, timed it.

I come here often because they seem more professional than other locations, but the portions here are ALWAYS smaller. I still come here because of the professionalism, but I might stop. Today I spent more than I normally do at taco bell- $9 and something, and I am full, but no where near as full as I expected. Half of the nacho fries box was empty! At other locations I could spend $5 for the online cravings combo and have food left over for the next day. I think I'm going to come back here once or twice in the next month or two, weigh the food items, and compare them to other locations. Expect an update in the next 1-3 months. Hopefully the owner of the franchise doesn't change the weights for these months after seeing this- haha. Now the food: Eh. The food is alright. I'm not a huge fan of the California cancer warning listed on the website. Taco bell corporate said they would phase the BPAs and cancer causing chemicals out by 2025. Guess I shouldn't be back until 2025🤷🏼‍♂️...?
