So rude for absolutely no reason. I’ve never left a review anywhere in my life but this place deserves all the 1 stars. Staff likes to yell and argue over what you ordered simply because they can’t admit they messed up. Lady was convinced we had cheese on our burgers when it was just bread and meat, didn’t think it was a big deal to ask for a piece of cheese but i was very wrong!

Extremely rude staff and slow drive thru line. We ordered 2 frozen cokes along with our food, and upon getting to the 2nd window to get our order, the lady handed us a frozen coke and a frozen blue raspberry. We informed her we ordered 2 frozen cokes, and she extremely rudely said “actually no you didn’t, but I guess I can get another one.” Like why would we lie about ordering drinks??? Just so rude and unprofessional; she also was shoving fries in her mouth as she was telling us this.

OK LET EXPLAIN MY RATE... THE MANAGER (SHORT AFRICAN AMERICAN WITH THE BRAIDS(MOSTLY)) AT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION IS GARBAGE!! I love eating here because it's convenient.. the app helps a lot with the pockets babe.. download it.. I bet you save more than you will without it

The remodel is terrible the seats and decor are a big step back from the previous nice looking decor. Seating is small and the styling is child like and looks very cheaply done. It's is unfortunate as this is a nice location with great potential. Hard to believe Management would waste is money on this remodel. When we came the burger grill.was broken so only friend products were available. Service and menu consistency and food quality is also lacking.

Unfortunately this is the slowest McD in Baton Rouge. The line is always wrapped around the building no matter what time it is and it’s a 20min wait min in the drive-through. Despite the sign saying take out is available, they now have their doors locked so you have no other choice but to sit in it. Often times my order is wrong as well…always missing something like food, sauce, straws…or they are simply out of something like chicken nuggets. Very frustrating this is the closest one to me.

Very slow service. Staff is very rude.I placed order online through mobile app but after waiting for 35 minutes when I call them they said we don't have your order.I even show them the order history which shows theamount paid by me and date and time of order but they didn't listened to me. Never go there.
