Ghetto fabulous! Cashier came onto the speaker and said” go head”. I’m like, excuse me How are you? She said it again and I drove right off. I understand why the line is never long. Home training before anything. And cashiers is the most important part of the business. They see and talk to the customers when no one in the store does. Never going back there. Go head✌️

Be careful! This location is automatically up charging for larger sizes. I ordered a meal and it was correct on the screen but as I pulled away the order was changed. When questioned at the window they acted confused and eventually said “oh we only have large sizes right now.” Between this and stopping vehicles to reduce drive through times I would caution any patrons to be weary of the unscrupulous activities going on at this location.

Night drive thru line was long, but it moved quickly. Unfortunately, the manager was rude and offensive with any question asked. She must have been wearing a headset also and loudly popped into the middle of the drive thru clerk's sentence as she attempted to speak. As I pulled forward the same occurred with customers in line behind me... Once at the pickup window her behavior was worse. I felt bad for window clerk. Not a good representation of BK at all. One would think that long line would mean freshly prepared product, but no luck... I'll try another location next time. Very disappointing

Rude! 2 of us walked in, said hey how you doing to the cashier. No response. We both ordered. I got 1 napkin with my order. Other guy had his fries left out of the order. Cashier tried to argue that he didn't order them. He did. When she figured it out, she bagged em and threw them at him. If you don't like your job, find another!

I pull up to the drive through speaker and waited 5 minutes, then drove to the window. The person was doing something with her nails, when she noticed me. She opened the window and said they were not taking orders at this time. Guess my skin color was not the same as hers. They only serve people when they feel like it and all conditions are met. This place needs to close.
