Ordered spicy chicken added cheese and tomatoes. Tell them again at 2nd window. I get ready to drive away check burger no tomatoes or cheese. I walk inside to let them know they ask for receipt so i go back to car to get receipt and im thinking im getting a fresh burger all thet did was add the cheese and tomato to the burger that done got cold already 🤦🏾♀️👎

I normally try my best not to give bad reviews, yet this location on today was completely unacceptable. Outside of the cashier being very friendly this place was very dirty and not presentable.

Homeless people are hanging out around there. When employees are told about it they seem not to care or they response well tell our manager. The photos I am posting are right next to the drive through line by the pond cypress on 11/5/19 @ 8am. I told an employee and she told me to tell a manager. I went back by about 1:30 and another one had joined this one and there was 4 behind the dumpster. I tried to call the owner headquarters but all you get is voice mail. What is it going to take to clean up baton rouge

I came to this McDonalds with the intention of receiving a simple dinner instead I was met with agression and denial of service because I asked if maintenance logs were properly kept to document the proper functioning of the icecream machine. The manager simply wasn't able to acknowledge basic guest services, proper communication skills, and health code standards for operation. This leaves me questionable of all sanitation standards that are not practiced by this low level and frankly low educated staff. Do not eat here! The service leaves the company, clients, and teammates unaccountable.

The manager is quite nice, the other employees are like a bag of rocks. I have held this opinion for several years now. Many times the person working the first window seems to be upset that I ordered something, I try not to visit this place but it is fast food, so that's exactly what I expect from the4 employees. (half-fast food / half-fast service)

It's definitely fast food. Convenience dictated my lunch time visit really, without driving into traffic delay just to eat after picking up supplies at Home Depot.
Food was 3.5 stars. Convenience, speed and service was 5 stars.

I was the only customer in the drive-thru and had to wait for over a minute and a half to be greeted with "What you want?". The order never appeared on the screen but I was given just the total followed about 15 seconds later by, "You can pull up." When I got to the window, I waited another minute for the cashier to stick her hand out for the money without a word. Several minutes later, a different employee stuck his hand out the window with my change wadded up in the receipt- again, without saying a word. When I finally got my order, the fries were cold and the sandwich looked like it had just been thrown into the container. Really bad experience.
