Can’t tell you what the food is like at this particular location because the only employee was outside talking to her friend/boyfriend and told us she’ll be in a few. That’s fine, it’s middle of the night and not busy. We went in looked over the menu, and waited for about 15 minutes- looked to see where she was and she is now sitting in her car still talking to the same guy. We ended up leaving, she didn’t say anything to us, she was worried about some ‘b**** from the other night’.

This is the worst place I have ever ate at. The staff is more interested in talking about what they did last night than serving customers. I waited 20 minutes before even spoke to by anyone working. I ate here yesterday and figured it was just a bad day. It wasn’t it is just the service they give. I ordered the All Star Special and got the 2 egg special. I came to a Waffle House for the waffles! Today I ordered the same with sausage and got bacon instead. I would advise you to find another Waffle House.

Awesome customer service! Everyone is so sweet and friendly and the food is very well cooked! Got the eggs right the first time and everyone has gray energy! Definitely going back if I'm in town again.

First WH on Sherwood Forest was horrible. The male cook with dreads was very rude. He had concerns about being called incorrectly. He told me to tend my business and to go are supposed to wait outside. When I returned inside about 20+ minutes my order was not ready. After a couple of workers started to bag the order I noticed some discrepancies and called for the manager on duty. Requested a refund and left after explaining to the very obnoxious cook that the food I ordered wasn't being given to me, I paid for it and only wanted what I had paid for. I drove to the WH on Seigen, several minutes away, ordered the exact same thing and had my order ready in about ten minutes. Fast friendly service. Everyone was helpful and professional that I tipped them big and bought them energy drinks also. They will have my business from now on cause we eat out daily.

Waited 50mins for my food due to an employee shortest. Got my food and still was not right. I spoke up on that the lady at the counter snatched the plate plate back and the politely got my order right....Will not ever go back. Note: the food was great just the service was terrible these folks really need some help too many long hrs not enough help.. Very tiresome work environment..

Young lady came in from outside sitting in vehicle admitted to smoking weed. Never washed her hands. Refused to give us her name while waiting on our table instead she told her that she didn't have a name. Also said that the wheat bread was out, a cook overheard her saying that and got the wheat bread, customer service was extremely extremely horrible and unsanitary the way she was outside smoking, bussing tables, playing in her dreads and never washed her times! The entire experience was unbelievable and cringy to say the least.

went in for breakfast at 5am and they are only serving to go orders. would not wait on us. guess they don't have the staff. turned down at 5am by 2 waffle houses. go to IHOP if you want to eat in around this time. they will lose my business because of this.

Only 2 people working, 1 waitress and 1 cook with a restaurant full of people. Dirty tables, long wait for missing or forgotten food and their were flying insects landing on our food. My family and I will not be back.
