The burgers and shakes here been hitting since I've been alive. Prices have definitely gone up, and the variety of options have gone down, but for a good and flavorful classic cheeseburger this place consistently hits the spot.

Ordered food at 1:45p.m., got it at 2:45. After being told it would be a 15 minute wait, i get there after 30 minutes and it still wasn't ready. The food is good, the lady at window is Very Rude. The way she talked to one lady regarding her order I wouldn't dare go back there!! People paying their money and you treat them that way. No thank you.

Really good burgers. This little place is easy to miss and does not have signage that stands out. Walk up to the window and place your order, bring CASH, CARDS NOT ACCEPTED! Your order is made fresh and let me tell you, the burger was delicious! The burger come fully dressed, they come in the sizes to satisfy your hunger. I was feeling like a large, which is the second of the three sizes, no idea how big the next size up is. Great hand made burgers!

My son just turned me on to this place & I LOVE ❤️ it! BEST burger 🍔 I’ve ever had! Definitely will be eating here 2-3 times a week now! And the prices are so reasonable!

These people haven't changed a thing about the service, food, or that ole'building. An example of "if it ain't broke don't fix it" this is the only burger I ever eat!!!

PLEASE DONT JUDGE THIS PLACE BY LOOKING ON THE OUTSIDE. This is another hidden gem I found since currently moving here. Was referred about this place from a family member and this place did not skip a beat. Burgers was fresh and juicy and the staff was very nice. Authentic food I will definitely spend my money here again. I don't care about the price when the food taste amazing.

Good food we use to go there when we where in middle and high school different owners I know,, but the food is the same.....Now our children and grandchildren eat there when they're in town.

Excellent!. That's all I can say! Burgers are great size, fries are great and I love the banana milk shake. Only negative remark is the wait so you have to call in if you are in a rush. However, it takes a while because it tastes so good!

If you want a revelation.... If anyone has ever been told by another that they make an excellent burger, come to Dixie Maid. If you thought you had already found the best burgers in the 225, come to Dixie Maid. This place will humble you and enlighten you on what a truly amazing burger tastes like. I suggest the bacon cheese jalapeno burger.

Burgers R Them. Best burger in baton rouge!!!! Ate there for lunch today and the guy working there was really nice and has quality in his food. Will surely be back.

Best Burger In town!. Get the Bacon Cheese Burger. It is big and tastes like home! The shakes are nothing special, but are a great compliment to a great burger. Place your order from the curb through the burglar barred windows for a taste of old baton rouge!
