It’s cicis. You can not come here expecting a gourmet experience. The pizza is decent. The salad bar is decent. Hard to beat price wise, even Taco Bell is more expensive for two adults nowadays. The guy working the register the two times I have been was super friendly. My biggest issue: they don’t have fountain water. If you want water you have to buy a bottle. And one time we complained and the guy gave us unlimited bottles. But it has to be the only restaurant in the US without water in the soda machine.

Very clean facility! Staff was prompt & super helpful. The bar stayed stocked & there was even mac & cheese!
I come here often & its my first time seeing it, so I was excited about it.

Any where is better than this place. Don’t waste your money. They serve the pizza extra thin, very greasy and in very small portions. The drinks only have one size and that is like a size extra small. It also seems really bad when you come in and I’m pretty sure it’s the salad that smells. I hate this place. I wouldn’t come again. Don’t waste your money here and get other pizza from better places such as papa johns or other places. They also aren’t very clean, the floors are very dirty.

My family and I visited Cici 's today for our first time. We were warmly greeted, upon entering, by Ms. Lisa. She was sure to explain how everything works and even accommodated my husband with severe food allergies. The restaurant was nice and clean and food was well stocked and replenished quickly. Lisa personally checked in on us often to be sure we had an enjoyable experience. As a special treat to welcome us ,we even had 2 flavors of specialty dessert pizza made for us to try before leaving. I was so pleased with how my husband was made to feel included and not as a problem or inconvenience. The customer service was outstanding and the food was on point. This will definitely be a regular place for my family to dine out. Keep up the good work, team and a special thanks to Lisa from Kristin.

The food was pretty good and Lisa was great and very helpful with our firs time being at cicis. And the made sure our table stayed clean and we wanted pizza they didn't have out and made it rite on the spot. Enjoyed the visit

Place is pretty good Lisa hook it up today. Not a big fan how loud she was playing church music. cinnamon rolls and the nice cool cooks is what keeps me coming back. Thank you

Nothing fancy here. It's not here to be a fancy pizza buffet and the lazy managers remind you of that. Hot pizzas are out and those cinnamon rolls are worth every calorie.

The manager of this restaurant needs to be replaced. We were trying to order a specialty pizza and he just blew up at my husband, screaming that they were very busy and was very very rude to us. I have never been treated so badly in a place of business. With the economy being down, I would have thought he would be happy to have the business. Apparently he cracks under pressure and should be removed

Worst cicis I've ever been too. Employees are extremely rude and the restaurant is very dirty. Utensils were also unclean.

The manager was at the register greeting customers and taking the money, he was RUDE! No hello, no eye contact and short with his questions/answers. Of course that stared my lunch off on a wrong note. Next on to the food, bland and worse, it was cold! There are better pizza places with comparable prices.
