The potato was good. The real problem is the customer service. I ordered online and when I arrived to pick it up at the scheduled time, the door was locked and there was a sign on the door that said back in 5 minutes. I stood out in the cold for almost 15 minutes waiting for someone to come unlock the door. When someone finally unlocked the door, she didn't apologize or offer any explanation. I didn't even get a greeting. She just asked my name and handed me my food, which had been sitting on the counter the whole time. She seemed completely unconcerned. Next time I feel like having a potato, I'll drive to Denham Springs and get it.

First time patron. Ordered blackened shrimp Alfredo, however disappointed shrimp were not blackened at all(light pink). Other than that, overall Great presentation and I did enjoy my order. Great customer service. Clean establishment

Rude rude rude staff. I asked if they had a garbage can I came in with my family to eat she said no only in the bathroom. I say ok and order when I get my food it is sloppy served in a Togo container we were there to dine in. Looked like half of one half of my potato was missing like cut off or something. The potato was over cooked the cheese was hard on the top of it. I just went to a different location this week before coming to this one and it was incredible. Shame on me for thinking you'd get the same service and same quality of food for a different location completely disgusted.

Clean restaurant. Very friendly staff. Food was really good! The San Jose sandwich is amazing! Love the jalapeño bread it's served on!! We also tried the San Jose potato and the pulled pork potato. Both were good. But the San Jose is my fav! I do wish the jalapeño were diced into smaller pieces. I'd rather have jalapeño in every bite instead of just a few. Thy also had a few kids meal choices. Corn dogs and I think the other choice was nuggets. We got corn dogs. My son liked em. They came with a drink and bag of chips for only $2.99!

The worst potato I have ever eaten. No fresh chicken, the smell was not pleasant at all. Also, the cold drink machine needs to be cleaned as well. My first and last time ever eating there again.

Maybe we just ordered the wrong things, but my husband and I weren't impressed. From the descriptions and pictures on the Windows, we were expecting McAllisters style potatoes (very sad ours closed down). The potatoes were not as large and not as "loaded" as pictured. The 2 soups we tried were not good either. My husband got a club, it had fresh ingredients, but had been toasted with the veggies which made the flavor/texture odd. We ordered it to go, and they put the potatoes in the Styrofoam boxes way too hot (see the picture). The paper and Styrofoam had melted into the potatoes.
The workers were nice and courteous. The service was very fast.
For what we got, I'd rather throw a potato or two into my microwave at home and save the money.

Never had a chance to try the food as I walked in cashier asked me did I have a mask I stated no she said "oh you need it." rudely. Most times its not about what you say it's about how you say it. If you would like to create a more welcoming atmosphere try offer free mask to customers and not kill brand reputation. Keep in mind it's always about the experience and never the product.

The food is good but they need a larger staff. There's always one person working. That person takes phone orders, prepares the food and is the cashier. On this last visit I watched the employee turn away 4 guest who wanted to order because they were too busy.
