Review Five Guys - Baton Rouge

BEST burger I’ve had in years! Absolutely LOVE this place! Everyone at my table enjoyed theirs. We all made a happy plate. And the shakes are awesome!

We're from the D.C. area, so Five Guys is a taste of home. This location is pretty new, and the quality is very consistent. IMHO Five Guys has mastered their processes and must have a fantastic training program. They also hire people who are great with the public. You never get the sense that they're doing you a favor by fixing your food. On this visit the food was excellent! We've learned when ordering carryout to have them hold the wet condiments and apply them at home, which makes a big difference (it's about a ten minute drive). Pro tip: while nobody makes better fries (this is a known fact, and I'll die on that hill - fresh, not frozen, hand-cut on-site, prepped perfectly, then fried to perfection), for carry-out they can use a little recharge when you get home. We pop them into the air fryer for about two minutes. Try it!

The cashier was friendly and very helpful. The food was great. I can still taste the applewood🍎 🪵 bacon. I asked for regular onions not grilled, and got the latter. Is my only complaint.

Best burgers and fries around for fast food. The fries are cravable and the burgers are huge! I have to get the lil burger cause the big one is so big, but it’s always fresh and great flavor!!

Love the quality of food and friendliness of the staff, but the price is way out there. Son and I ate there and thought we would have to pull from his college fund to pay for it. $42 for two people. Next time we are opting for steak at a sit down restaurant.

I love Five Guys and everyone was nice, but my issue is when an employee doesn’t know when to change gloves. Please review if there are cameras inside to 12/6 at 12:08 pm at the Antioch location. The lady kept messing with her shirt and pants and then proceeded to flip the fries and then when the fries were done she proceed to touch them to, I guess, make sure they were done. I did mention something to the guy as I was leaving. That is not sanitary and just gross.
