Asked for restroom the lady said they didn't have one in a ride manor . I will not eat without washing my hands. Hopefully they have a place to wash their hands. Won't be back to this location.

During lunch rush there were only 2 people working. 1 preparing food and the other running the register. There was no sense of urgency to get customers taken care of. The cashier didn't even attempt to help out. The person preparing food was slouchy and rude. I'll just go the other direction to the other one in Bluebonnet plaza from now on.

Staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. All of the food was fresh and the portions were 10/10. Definitely would say this is the best Subway in BR without a doubt!

I've eaten the last time at any Subway. First they had the un-American Megan Ripinoe in their commercials which they had enough since to drop but now they choose to be one of the companies to continue to do business in Russia after it's attack on Ukraine. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

Haven't been to this one in a while. Was Great to see one of the employees I remember from being fairly regular, is now the manager. Way to go girl. It's always a well made sub from here.

I ordered on the app, said that it would be ready at 12:55 walked through the door at 12:57 was told I needed to wait until the walk in customer with 6 sandwiches was finished... She completed his order, cashed him out and then handed me my sandwich and drink cup all without removing out changing gloves. She seemed to be the only one there and doesn't seem to remember basic food safety. The sign on the door says online and pick up only, why was she helping a walk in customer, I had to wait in the tiny restaurant with 2 other guests for 8 minutes while she assisted them. I'm very surprised and disappointed buy Subway, especially during the crisis we are going through right now...

The girls that work here are the BOMB. I go out of my way to eat here because every time I come in they are always super friendly and having a good time. The music is always on point too. 5 out of 5 stars.
