I haven't been to this location in over 1 year. I haven't been back because it's legitimately the grossest location. Today I was going to an appointment not far and decided to pull over just for a small drink and tot. Waited EIGHT MINUTES.. Coke is good.. The tots were legitimately either not cooked, or taking out to thaw out and they tossed it in a bag as a joke . I honestly couldn't believe it. Not sure how this location stays opened to be honest. I get one or two issues. But when everytime I've been is garbage.... The reviews everywhere are garbage... That speaks highly about the management. What a joke.

Stopped in on 03/30 to grab a shake. The lady who took my order was so rude! All I was trying to do was place my order, the speaker on my side was not working and I could not understand her. She yelled the entire time and was so rude! I was going to take the survey but there is no “store number” on the receipt. I didn’t even eat what I ordered just threw it away. I lost my appetite! They are so rude and ugly to people who are just trying to place an order. I’ll attach a copy of my receipt. Never again will I ever go to this location!

Ordered here today and my bacon grilled cheese (super easy to fix) was burnt and very dry. My boyfriend ordered a bacon cheeseburger toaster and received a bacon breakfast toaster. Not sure who corporate is over this sonic but they definitely need to be retrained. Not to mention waiting 20-25 mins for 2 things is ridiculous.

Thanks, my rather small “Medium” onion rings are just extra, extra, burnt to a crisp. Just like nobody likes it. 👍 Pattis were burnt on both orders, too. It’s edible, I guess 🤣
*Edit* The onion rings were not edible; like chewing rubbery, like HOW???

Our go to place for a refreshing drink or slush. We always order through the app to get half off the drinks, and usually get the strawberry slush. So good on a hot day and comes with real pieces of strawberry.

Tried 3 times, couldn't find a station with a working screen... 'No system disk detected. Press any key to reboot.' Does this national chain not have anyone capable of installing and imaging a new HDD? The speaker wasn't grounded properly, so listening to what I think was my repeated order was difficult through the pops and low volume... maybe this location was hit by a lightning storm very recently? Unlikely, but that's what people usually go with... The young woman who took my order, and brought me the food, was as sweet as can be, and the food was ok, but ordering food at a location in such poor maintenance isn't something I look to do again any time soon...

Edit: I don’t know what happened to this location but management needs to step in..wasn’t serving anything but drinks this morning..sounded like they were understaffed but I won’t be returning after bad experiences..also the breakfast deal I originally posted about is no longer offered so yeah
The best sonic in Baton Rouge. They have a $1.99 burrito and drink special that is awesome. There is confusion about the special so I will add a picture of the billboard located at Sherwood and Coursey advertising this special

The worst Sonic location I have ever been to. I use the mobile app to save time, but it doesn’t make a difference because even when they’re not busy, it takes forever for the food to come out. A few weeks ago I placed a mobile order, but when I got there, the store was closed. I had to call support and get a refund. Tonight we ordered 2 large blasts with extra toppings, nothing else. I got there and checked in at exactly 5 minutes after placing my order. After 25 minutes of waiting, I pressed the button. 5 minutes later our blasts come out. We get home, all the toppings are on the very top. Two thirds of our large blasts is JUST vanilla ice cream. Absolutely not worth $15.
