The taller lady that works at this subway runs this place like the navy. She’s so sweet to guests but she knows what she’s doing to run this store efficiently. Best subway I’ve ever been to.

Hours are a lie. We walked in at 1050, they had 2 people they were making sandwiches for and they told us they were closed and not taking anymore orders

I went in at 8:20 for a nice breakfast sub. I'm not feeling any breakfast food so I'm happy they open so early. It says they open at 8 so I waited a little while after that and they were still not open yet. I've tried calling but no answer. I have no idea what time they open but I am starving and now upset. They also removed sliders from the menu (my favorite thing to eat period) but that's not this subway's fault just the whole company's.

This is one of the best Subways in Baton Rouge. Not only are the employees courteous and super friendly, they listen when they prepare your food and do a great when they prepare it! It really feels good to get good service without a bad attitude.

Meat was dry and bread didn’t taste as fresh as it usually tastes elsewhere - I get the Italian herb and cheese; just didn’t taste right. Ended up sick when I got home.

Although they advertise this foot long $4.99 special, we were charged almost double the price because I wanted my half fully dressed but my husband did not want anything extra on his half. We probably will never buy at any Subway again.

I’ve never had a problem with this location before, but today I just went in and got a sandwich. The lady making my sandwich was on her phone with the gloves on. What’s the point is you are going to touch one of the most unsanitary items. Plus being on your phone. She had a black Fanny pack on with a rose but no name tag.

Poor service, this Subway is in a great location, it is unfortunate that their staff does not seem to enjoy working there, they are always in a hurry and run out of product while also not following subway procedures. Professional management and organization is severely needed.
