Only my second time here. Remembered the first time being very good and I thoroughly enjoyed the egg roll. Had a taste for the egg roll today but I guess I didn't read the fine print when I got home there was no egg roll in my lunch special. I also ordered Mongolian Beef but plate looked more like Pepper Steak. Tastes good though. I just have to get used to properly ordering.

You know it's good when they write the ticket in Chinese. The general Tsao's is actually spicy if only mildly instead of the sweet dish you get at a lot of local places. The Singapore Mei fun is to die for!. They also have sweet and sour pork! Lots of places have the chicken but no the pork. Food was so we'll packaged for delivery. This is the second time we have ordered and they are a new favorite in our house. Best American food on Waitr!

Teriyaki chicken on a stick was delicious and my kids ate all the chicken wings on there plates and the rice was pretty good campared to others in baton rouge .

Hard to find good Chinese take out these days, but food was pretty good other than the fried dumplings which were over cooked

It's okay nothing special.. I just like trying to express on coursey and Sherwood better but China kitchen is closest so if I need a second one it would be them

Great Service. The vegetables are always very fresh and the portion size is generous. I like things spicy and they gladly make it to your preference. I have never had to wait on a call order and if they say 10, 15 or 20 mins it has always been ready.

I have no idea how this place has such great reviews. I normally don't leave poor reviews, but my visit today was absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order over the phone and was quoted 25-30 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later. Waited for my food in the restaurant for over 40 minutes. What REALLY upset me is a guy came in, placed his order at the counter and still got his food before me. When I questioned why someone who placed his order 20 minutes ago and I haven't gotten mine, they magically produced my order. Would have given more stars if the food was better, but it really wasn't good.

I ordered in the restaurant and got my food within a few minutes. It was absolutely delicious! Egg roles are sort of hit or miss with me, but these were great. I highly recommend with no complaints!

So I was visiting the in laws and on the way I decided to pick up some food. Based off the reviews I decided to give this place a try. I ordered the seasame chicken and it was terrible. Seasame chicken is not suppose to be tossed in a red sauce and taste like sweet and sour sauce. Total waste of money but at least I know now never to eat here again. Nothing beats China Chef off Airline in the Albertsons shopping center.

First time trying China Kitchen. Had the sesame chicken and the general tso chicken. Both were very good and lots of food for the price. Their crab rangoons were good although not as crispy as I prefer them. Tried the egg drop soup and it was tasty as well. Will def be going back there again.

Usually very good, but tonight EXCEPTIONAL. For Chinese take-out, the China Kitchen has been our favorite for several years now, but tonight, our food was exceptionally good. The vegatibles very fresh, not over-cooked, the lo-mein noodles not too soft, and the chicken & beef cooked perfect. I was so impressed with our food tonight I called the resturant to tell them how great the food was. I have only called and thanked a resturant staff twice in my life, and this was one of the times. I highly praise thier Chinese cooking, and truly recommend this take-out kitchen to all.

Not as good as.... Moved to this area from LSU campus area and...I sorely miss Nine Dragon. Their food was AMAZING, cheap, and always hot...and China Kitchen just pales in comparison in every way. It's "okay"..but it isn't something I'd call "the best Chinese food". Still hoping to find a place that delivers and is better. =\

Delicious and very affordable. i love the teriyaki chicken, mandarin cjicken in the white sauce, combination lo mein no veggies or plain mei fun no veggies. the ragoons are great as well. great service, quick order pickup or delivery and delicious food. im pretty picky about my chinese food. this place is wonderful!!

I had decent jumbo broccoli shrimp and pork fried rice here. Portions were a little small and the rice tasted a bit smoky, but it was a decent meal overall. I would go back if I was at Albertson's and had a craving for Chinese. But it wasn't good enough to be one of my "go to" places.

Great Food. It is located in a shopping center and does not look like much from the outside, but the food is fresh and very tasty. For lunch you can get a drink and complete meal for around $5. It is very close to our home in Baton Rouge and we have been a patron for over 5 years. Have not had a bad experience yet. They also deliver right to our front door. We try to eat here at least once a week when we are in Baton Rouge
