Chicken is super dry and staff extremely unprofessional so I asked for a baja blast and i guess u have to tell them frozen to get it because of course they shouldn't have to ask if they offer the option in both fountain or frozen however the poor cashier felt the need to justify herself in confirmin

We have tried 3 times to get food from here in the last week and all 3 times they were out of chicken or waiting on a cook. Everything says dine in open but the employees won't let you order inside. This place needs a complete employee overhaul!

Thus is a special KFC, it has Taco Bell as well. Although I enjoy both. It's the Original Crispy Chicken for me.

Even though the sign says lobby open I walked in there they said drive through only problem is I walked over there from tank wash I guess I'm not as hungry as I thought I was

I was in the lobby waiting to get waited on and the cashier indicated we need to go to the drive-thru because they were shorthanded I turned to the gentleman behind me and told him what she said that is poor customer service she should have waited on us and then shut it down it was only one person b

The food was cold. Chicken and Mashed potatoes were old and brown. It was to late to take it back. We gave it to our 🐕. Won't go back again.

Coming from DANA tanker washout walked in to dinning room to order to go a $20 fill up. Told not able to front registers were not working. Only drive Thur. Big truck don't fit through drive thru to well.

The food was great! The service was great! They had to bring our food out to us and completely forgot a full meal and all three drinks. They were super polite about it. Wasn't a big deal. I wasn't annoyed because they were so nice about it, like they knew THEY messed up.
