I wish I can give this restaurant zero stars I have went here twice today and each time I have asked for well done food and it wasn’t they gave me old food that I can barely eat. It tastes like it has been up for hours and not fresh at all if I wasn’t at work I would go get a return on both of my orders today.. Mind you I place these orders 2hours behind each other and this is what they gave me horrible customer they just kept ignoring me not even trynna listen to what I was saying I would recommend going here at all

Horrible review, went inside yesterday at Plank Rd and Denham St location. OMG dirty, loud, burnt patties, one pickle on a double quarter pounder, dry, French fries cold, to get my drink the area was filthy, I cleaned it up before I fixed my drink. The young girl in there was super loud for no reason and then when my order was ready while I'm fixing my drink she yelling and trying to rush me. I was NOT going to let her do that. I will NEVER EVER go to this location again and please whoever read this DON'T GO, if you have to ride a little further please do so. I know a Manager was in there but he/she had no order for the employees at all. 😥 Sad. The owner need to do better McDonald's you know who you are.

Now. I'm finally fed up. They always getting orders wrong, unfriendly and the attitudes are even worse. Never order off doordash because you will never get your order correctly or your missing the majority of your order. They don't refund or compensate you for their mistakes. For a person like myself, I spend a lot of money on food. But when you mess it up and have an attitude that's unacceptable. Then when you call up the store an voice your complaints on the order. They hang up in your face and don't answer the phone anymore. Or just let it ring. They should have better management and customer service care.

This is a horrible McDonald's! First the way they greet you is really ghetto! Second the food is bad (cold fries).not only did we have to re ordering line because the worker didn't confirm our order she also missed a fry. When I went inside all the workers were playing around and cursing with a couple of kids there. Terrible management, rude workers, beware of this McDonald's.

I'm So Dissatisfied on each of the last 3 visits. Organization and communication is Terrible. I waited and watched 3 people Order and recurve their food. Then I waved Again...to ask about my Order. They were Lost. So I'm Through..I just go to RACETRAC Deli section and fresh fruit only from RaceTrac. I come there daily from my job to them. Ask for fresh food everytime and as soon as I get back to work (2 minutes away) the food is ice cold. You ask for a certain sandwich combo or customization and 9 times out of 10 it's wrong resorting me to order something else on the menu they cannot get wrong (mcnuggets for example).

The staff wasnt very nice...I really didnt like the new order system... I enjoy having a real person take my order not a computer....The fries was half full and the staff could only give two packs of sauce...The prices are still raising, but the the amount of food...I always enjoy McDonalds but with all the great deals out there. Im not ok with my service are food...only 3 stars from me...
