When I was here the counter help gave us the wrong sandwich. We always order the same 2 items. He justified his action by saying “I HEARD beach club not hunters club”. I believe that I know better than the counter help what food I ordered.

Had a quick lunch on my way back to home (Texas) and they were very quick to serve them. I accidently left my cellphone at their restaurant and Matt Griffin were so kind work with me to ship my phone back to Texas. He went out of his way to drop off the phone at FEDEX and informed along the way. I'm very grateful for his help!

Called in an order, the 3rd time they got the order wrong! No meat on a roast beef only cheese, California club no cumbers or avacodo, 4 5 shredds of lettuce, no chips this has happened now 2 times! Not again! And I hgv ave the driver a 10dollar tip, my order was $22.00!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

It was a good service that day. The staff were very helpful when I was trying to figure out my selection. I had forgotten my usual order at the time so I was glad that they helped me. The sandwich was fresh & tasty. Recommend to go to for a nice sandwich

Great sandwiches. Quick. They live up to the name “Freaky fast”! I like putting in my order on the app - it’s usually ready for pickup as I walk in. This is a weekly spot to grab dinner! Fresh ingredients and tasty!

Eli was very kind and doing a stand up job in the store alone. He juggled the phone while taking our order and making sandwiches seamless. Plus they tasted great.

They are very rude and disrespectful employees! Every time i go in the store they give me the dirtiest looks! 10 minutes ago i went to the jimmy johns restaurant to use the restroom and was asked if i was buying anything. When i replied no, they ordered me to “get out” and repeatedly told me “you have to go”. If i’m not mistaking i thought it was okay to use public restrooms as i please. Will be calling corporate in the morning.

Really friendly and helpful staff who care about customer service. I ordered an Unwich with a side of chips because I have celiac disease and can’t eat gluten, not thinking to check if the BBQ chips were gluten-free (usually they are). I opened the chips and almost took a bite before seeing “barley malt flour” on the ingredients list, which will make me ill. They were super nice about it and let me exchange them for the plain chips (gluten-free) even though I had already opened the BBQ ones.
I’m not sure why Jimmy John’s insists on unnecessarily putting gluten in their BBQ chips, but that’s not the employees’ fault and they were extremely kind to me.
