If you order a normal pretzel they straight up ignore you and give you pretzel nuggets or do anything in their power to convince you to get the nuggets instead. The nuggets are more expensive and always stale, hence why I order the normal pretzel! Those are always fresh. The workers act inconvenienced by you no matter what you order, though. Wish they would just give people what the order without making excuses or trying to change their minds.

2/12/22. I was given a coupon for buy any Pretzel item get one free. Today I got mini dogs and asked for a salted pretzel thinking it was free. They just took 10% off the order and when I explained to the manager on duty I wouldn’t have gotten an extra pretzel if I knew it would just have been 10% off he responded with “UHH OKAY”. Very unprofessional.

Every time I go they don't have actual pretzels, only the cups with pretzel bites and tet to upsell. Also, when I go the employees act like I am a bother. Go upstairs to Pretzel Twister, don't waste your time.

The first Auntie Anne's pretzel shop I've ever been to that literally never had pretzels available. No matter how busy they are, no matter how busy the mall is, no matter what time you visit, they never have pretzels ready. If you like the pretzel nuggets, you're set, since that seems to be what they focus on baking. But if you want literally anything else off the menu, you're out of luck.

As with a lot of places that are inside of malls, auntie ends is very expensive for the little value that you get. My favorite thing here are the cinnamon and the regular pretzels, but outside of that everything else is just OK and ridiculously overpriced.

My frozen lemonade was just a melted slushie. Looked nowhere near anything like the picture. The food was also so oily
