Consistently the worst food service I've ever experienced.
The chicken is good if they get your order right. Other than that, the wait times are excessive. Today I waited over 30 minutes for an order I placed online despite the drive through line being completely empty (see attached picture). They had asked me to pull over and wait.
Orders are consistently wrong or missing items. Today my order was missing multiple sides and sauces. I didn't see this until I got home. Given how long I had to wait for my order in the first place, going back for the rest of my order was out of the question.
I want to patronize this location since I enjoy the food and it's close to where I live. But with consistently bad experiences over the past I just can't bring myself to go here anymore. I hope they're able to fix their issues.

Would give this place almost a zero rating. Hard to believe that a fairly new restaurant in a growing area of Baton Rouge could be in such sad shape inside.Nasty restrooms, no hand cleaner or paper towels in one and the other had only hand soap. Service was okay with staff looking like they were in yesterdays clothes. One staff member had their children at one of the tables, no problem if they had been quiet and well mannered. Love Popeyes just not this one, but we are not that area very often.

Love me some Popeyes!!!! This location is the worst ever. I have been there three times and they have yet to correctly fill my order. The food quality is also lacking compared to other locations. The staff is rude, lazy, and unwilling to rectify a problem. They made me feel like I was asking them to move a mountain when I asked them to replace the spicy chicken with the mild that I ordered. This location needs some attention..... staff...food quality.....
cleanliness....the list goes on. Shame on them.

Every time I go to this location my food is always fresh and hot and I do mean fresh. The wait time is a bit of a wait but it’s worth it if my food comes out good. I just left there and I am bragging to my co-workers!

Ordered 30 minutes ahead of time for pick up. He served the other 4 men in line before putting my order up on the screen. Honestly, this place is racist because if I was black like the other gentlemen; I wouldn’t have been ignored. I had to speak up before anyone acknowledged me about my order. He asked me to wait another 3 minutes for fresh chicken because he gave all the spicy chicken out. 27 minutes later I received my order, folded like a sandwich and not stacked. I didn’t make a fuss and walked away learning to NEVER go back to this place.

They were out of honey...out of almost every dipping sauce for the tenders...and they always make you pull up and wait for your order. And oh... they NEVER give me my receipt. I always have to ask! My mac & cheese was literally 1 spoon and mostly cheese, there was barely anything in the container. Very disappointing...

My experience here was good. Everting was hot and delicious even though my order was wrong (instead of 2 pc dark, it was mixed). It was well worth the value, short wait time. I love and I will be returning!!

The chicken was relatively fresh. A small portion of the thigh was a little wilted from apparently sitting. The mild chicken was well marinated with that savory brine flavor, but the chicken flavor was a little loud. The chicken was decent.
The biscuit had a heavy butter flavor for my taste.
The red beans were a hit.
The clerk was very polite and courteous.
