The food overall isn't bad. It's seafood fast-food and for roughly the same price as McDonald's you get a whole meal. Fish or shrimp, rice and 2 sides. Not bad. My issue is that the food wasn't hot or even reasonably warm. The fish was a little dry, but for $7.99 still money better spent.

Are you serious???? I have never been this disappointed in my life from going to a fast food restaurant! First of all, the food was slimy and the oysters and chicken tasted bad. Even though the shrimp was good, the spicy sauce I was given was too spicy! I really don’t want to write a review like this, but there’s always a first time for something.

This new Captain D's location is far better than the ones I've tried in the past before, and I don't remember them being all that great. However, there was something special about this location. Not also was a food hot and fresh, the prices were very reasonable for what you get here. I was greeted immediately when I walked up to the register, they brought out my food, and thank me for my order. I hope the momentum in success continues for this location.

The food was fine, but the service sucked. It took 28 minutes to get fried fish, chicken strips, shrimp and clams. They offered no tartar sauce, malt vinegar or honey mustard. When asked for the cashier attempted to put all in my hand at once instead of putting it in a bag and seemed bothered that I asked at all. Never go on a Sunday.

The food is okay. I order the 2 piece fried fish plate came with 2 hush puppies and two sides. The only problem I had was I used the drive thru and I sat at the pickup window for 8 minutes before my order was delivered. Food was not worth the wait.

Man, sometimes I'm in the mood for some Captain D's. I love the batter dipped fish. I usually get it with the coleslaw, fried okra, or corn on the cob. The corn could be better, but with so much fried I need something simi healthy. I like the tartar sauce I must say that even though I like Captain D's, this last time the let me down. The food was more greasy and less warm than usual.

Very clean interior and exterior, we ordered shrimp, fish and oysters and while my husband and I sit in the lobby waiting not one time did we smell any food cooking. But we did hear the microwave door opening and closing a lot. Oh and the cashier was friendly.

5 stars from me...The restaurant is actually clean and their food is great. It's not like those other fast food restaurants like McDonald's or Burger King. Captain D's really does their best to make you feel welcomed. Mac&Cheese is also delicious!
