I walked up to order. The work vehicle doesn't fit in the parking lot, which is fine.. I gave my order the 1st time and halfway through the lady on the other end stopped taking my order and didn't say another word until I hit the button again. I repeated my order for a 2nd time and again got no resp
On the rare occasion of going to Sonic I pulled up to the car hop to place my order and was told very rudely that they only had drive-through for service. So I joined the other nine cars for in front of me and behind me to place my order. Then I was told they had no onion rings when I went to order.
Been here a dozen times over the past few months and Shareka is always at the window friendly and smiling. Her and her team are great. Thanks for the consistent and excellent service!
9:15 closed early. After sitting for 15 minutes. Took my order incorrectly then when I told them the employee had an attitude saying OH MY GOD. Did not fix the order then came back and said they were closed and unless I already paid for the order they couldn't give me the food.
The Crab or fish combo is spectacular every sonic I've been too the costumer service has been pure perfection and has been worth the tips one of the best places for family fun , affordable with a great atmosphere for family sit down meals 5 stars all the way
So I splurged tonight on Sonic and yes I said I'll splurged, from the once in a while treat of a dollar burger, on a rare occasion, due to financial hardship, so splurge meaning spent money that I really shouldn't have couldn't afford to and didn't need to but did, and how disappointing my burger me
Pulled up to location at 8:22pm on a Wednesday. As soon as I pushed the button to place my order. The workers turned the lights off, got on the mic and stated they are closed. SMH seriously 😡
Can't get an order right. The only good thing about them is their Route 44's and slushies
