Had my son's bday party here. They had a blast and it was definitely worth the cost. Wish they had more staff to accommodate how busy it was, but they did a great job with those who were there. Always convenient and made the party go pretty smooth. Enjoy it plenty and kids were passed out by the time we got home.

The kids always have a good time and the staff was friendly. The animated animals were singing and dancing. They use a card system now instead of coins but the games are still affordable.

Our kids always love going here! This is a very nice locations with plenty of games & indoor play area. My godson always has his parties here and he loves it. They make it special, last time we went there was an old school dance party with chuck e cheese and friends. We had such a great time. Also LOVE that they give each group/family specific/differing stamps on arrival that match those in that group only & check the kids when exiting to ensure the kids leave with the same group/family they arrived with. Makes you feel safe & prevents child abductions/unsafe, undesirable situations.

Went as a guest for birthday party. Got there first thing in the morning. Facility smelled nasty. Some tables had sticky residue on them. Restrooms were smelly and nasty. The carpet looked old and dirty. However, the pizza was tasty.

Horrible service...unless you things from the salad bar because like the kids are doing you can just help himself or take a bite and put it back if you don't like it I highly recommend maybe either putting lids on this stuff or a little like something around so it's not a grab for yourself with your hands.,...WAY WAY OVERPRICED ALSO.. I HAVE BEEN WAITING ALMOST A HOUR AND MY APPETIZER HAS NOT EVEN ARRIVED and when i asked about it they said i was #34..?! How many ahead of me was unknown...pizza not cut all the way through the sampler was definitely a sampler could you add a family on for each person would get One Wing. And no Parm or peppers....

We used to enjoy birthday parties here. But this time, the place smelled like a dirty diaper. Half the games weren't working. The animatronics weren't working. And no Chuck E, so I guess it should just be called Cheese. Planning to not go back.

It's not even about the food. It's about the fun the kids have there. They don't care that it's not the best pizza-- and I am not touching the open bar salad. I'm a transplant patient and germs stay in the forefront of my mind. Take your hand sanitizer and enjoy watching the kids have the best time! That is fun for me! When my daughter was a little kid, Chuck E was like Elvis. He still has the same effect on my grandniece and grandnephew. They do not want to leave. I advise getting the refillable cards. As one comedian said, "It's a casino for kids."

Great place that's fun for the kids that serves pizzas, salad, etc where you can throw birthday party celebrations that's fun & entertaining for the whole family. It's a great way to eat, play, & have fun together especially when it's raining or cold outside & you & the kiddos want to get out of the house for a while without freezing to death outside & not having anywhere to go where you all won't get soaked outside thanks to the rain and/or any really bad/ugly weather. It's literally the closest thing to having Heaven here on 🌎 if you ask any child :-)

The pizza was good and the employees were polite. The salad bar I hear about consist of lettuce and four dressings. That was disappointing. Parents need more salad options than that.
